you dont need to delete anything as the switch hi-res searches for the skin in another map namely 512 in skins_x and 1024 in skins_y

You might be right that they need to be activated both the 1st time. I did that, but later only cars.

They are seperate. I only have cars on hi and helmets on normal. Dont want to use my credit on the helmets

allready discussed to death this ppl. 2 considerations:

Not leaving behind lowend pcs (accessibility of lfs)
Bandwith of the lfs own and unique distribution system


Can already imagine the comments about the pits in/out stutter with 2048 skins. You ppl seem to fail to see that NONE of those other titles use an online share system of skins.

Why immediately faster cars. How about first testing the known cars on the new tracks. I recommend the CTRA servers for that as they will come back next month probably. Here a sort of career mode is provided with gradually moving to better cars and getting a lot of racing under your belt. Also the track rotation i find a big plus.

Well we already have that slider as we choose the level from beginner to pro. The AI is supposed to match that.

It wouldn't suprise me, if Top Gear actually did a video report in comparison on LFS and reality. Like how they did GT4 and the Leguna Seca curcuit.

How would they do that as the tracks and the cars are not available to test IRL But some promotion is always nice of course.

Its confusing i know but you had to change the 0 to 2. Then it had taken those from you raccount as you would have wanted. The correcy thing would have been that the system would have alerted you that you were paying too little for S2.

Am i mistaken or do you just mean the control-Tab function. It tells when and how results are to show?
