sure you can select which manufacturer logo you wanna see on your car, but eg in F1 or TOCA/DTM, you cant change parts as you want. The cars are strictly limited, and thats what we have in LFS, too.

This only happens in singleplayer and is not intended to be turned off.

I think those simulated situations are anything but realistic. You just can't test the cornering behaviour of a car/setup in the box, you have to go out and see it by driving the car. That would be as if you could see in your laboratory how an atomic bomb would behave outside.
BUT: Maybe there could be a computer in the box which tells you some rough impression about how the setup would behave. More realistic I think...

Not necessarily. (spelled right? o.O) It often happens to me that file transfer is either incredibly slow (skype, ~200byte/s) or it doesn't work at all (ICQ). This might be caused by router and firewall, but thats the configuration most users (should) access the internet through...

can't hear any dumpvalve anymore with the changed sound......

and these parts could cause sparks, too...

edit: umm... that would require them to be made of metal, what they are not iirc...
