Will the event be, like in D1: First single rounds then some sort of battle rounds, or will there just be single rounds, and how is it judged?

I have understood that eastern time is -5 on gmt, correct me if im wrong.
And italy is on gmt+1 timezone so eastern time(13:00) +6 hours=19:00.
