On that page they talk about you Needing the license if you're charging people to play on the simulator. If that's the case then yes you would.

If you just have a computer sitting there and allowing the customers to play with it then I don't think you need a commercial license (could be wrong). Best bet is to just contact one of them

These people first killed one of our great Service men then as the Armed police jumped out the car they started running towards the car. Luckily it was Infact armed police as it could have gotten ugly if they were not.

This game looks really good, had a good play with it. Although could do with more content, but to be honest can't complain as its a early demo.

Just love driving down the road, sees trees "na F**k it I'm going to make my own road" and drives right through them

It is cool how some mud is a lot softer then other and you really need to judge where you are in the path or you're stuck.

Maybe in a future version you can have multiple vehicles in use and like tow a stuck truck out the road, would of helped me a lot

Quote from sinbad :So if they stop for something bigger, like a child, and something is coming the other way, you'll just smash into the back of them and be ok with it?
It's not like the car in front hits a wall and stops dead, it's using its brakes to slow down, and you're saying that you have to go around them to avoid a collision? That's messed up when you think about it.

Perhaps it's time to reconsider your idea of a safe distance behind the car in front.

Although I agree with you, he does drive a big RR and I know them to not being the best at stopping (well compared to a tiny modern car). But still not a excuse I would use if dealing with any crash that may have been caused by such manoeuvre

Quote from -NightFly- :Read the sentence again and compare it to the picture order.

I honestly don't know what you mean! I'm guessing the Mustang is the Summer car and the Civic is for the winter.

Or am I missing something?

I'm no expert on the running of this forum(or much things if we are wanting to go into details here) but I'm 90% sure you were not banned because of what country you are from.

You most likely did something which was offensive or rude, maybe you were just banned by mistake.

I've got the big iPad and have the apple Smart Cover (or whatever they call it) and that's great for keeping everything clean etc (and when you close the cover the screen shuts off/goes on when opened).

Or if you really want to protect it then go for something like the otterbox defender series, I'm getting one for mine and after having them on all my iPhones they seem to be getting better and better (the 3G had few scratches on after two years, the 4 looked like new and just installed it on the 5 and the case seems to have even better protection)

It all really depends on your budget to be honest.

Quote from PoVo :Should have bought a 1 litre Corsa

Yes I guess I could have. But I had a girl in my car earlier and she described it as "classy" so the Corsa might not pull that off. But on the other hand that was her comparing it to my friends 106

If I ever get rich then a newish corsa might be in the books (they are actually quite nice looking)

Quote from el pibe :so.. it looks like last night a neighbor decided that he was allowed to park like a ****, and then proceed to rip off my front bumper. F**** great. Since I only have 1way insurance, the insurance tells me that they do not have enough proof to say that it was him that did it. I took pictures goddamnit!

since it is not worth it to repair it, i'll send it to the scrapyard. I will sell my wheels separately tho, hopefully i'll get 350$ for the car and 250 for the mags w/ winter tires (still good for an other 2 winters)

So you know the person who did it? And you never asked them about it? Although I'm usually a really nice person I would go crazy if someone hit my car without saying sorry or anything!

I'm no expert but from past experience it will usually mean they are waiting for your payment to come through or they are just setting things up. Don't worry just wait a bit and it should get setup soon, if not then contact them

Quote from darace :Your pricing is in euros. I live in USA. We use USD anyway possible u can convert it at the time of checkout?

Not trying to be rude or anything, but why would it matter? Paypal and ALL banks will change from USD to euros, two major currencies. And for future reference goto http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ so see what something in another currency would cost in USD

Quote from Scrabby :I have a black shoe box in my car

Close enough eh?!

Well it turns out them black boxes aren't that sensitive. Drove the car into a field (didn't see the junction as my window was covered with snow from huge snow drift) and the braking rating for that night was still a 4/5 !!!

If anyone is wondering I went back the next day and fixed the fence/ bushes I drove through (and pulled my beast out with a xc90). Not one car drove down that road since I left it there(only one set of tyre tracks through the snow drift) so I got lucky as I didn't need to pay anyone(just a few broken tow ropes)

Quote from imthebestracerthereis :I have a black box of sorts in my car, a dash cam. The insurance company does not use it, it more for my protection against other drivers.

Yes I'm getting a dash cam in my car too, just after I got the box installed I went out to see how it monitored my driving and I got cut off by some lady and had to drive onto the sidewalk to avoid hitting her car!

Would be nice to have a recording of stuff like that so I can report idiots like that.
Anyone else have a black box in their car?

Hey guys,

A while ago I bought a astra 1.6 and being 17 I couldn't exactly find cheap car insurance for it. So I bought a Co-op young drivers policy which means they track your driving (speed, acceleration/braking and time/place of driving) and give you discounts throughout the year if you can prove you're a good driver.

Now I try and stick to the speed limits and as I live in the country I don't drive on big roads often, nor do I drive at night. So I think this should be good for me and I expect I will get a good discount every time they review my driving(every 90 days).

Does anyone have this or similar policy? Is it worth it? Do they tell your next insurance company if you happen to speed sometimes?

Thanks,
Justin

Quote from dhbora :Well, exactly, they should steer the wheels in the direction of the car's motion, but it does exactly opposite thing. Let's say I'm turning left and I get oversteer and at that point my steering turns right to get the car out of the slide. I don't think, that's what's supposed to happen.

Maybe you have the force feedback on your wheel set too high and this is why you think it's strange ?

Quote from Si Mclaren :Just before people continue with the sarcasm:

There is no racing in snow, and most of the people don't drive at roads on snow unless needed, because its dangerous and can damage the car.

EDIT: Now let the sarcasm continue

I was wondering what BS you were speaking of, but your from Brazil so know nothing about snow :P
