Check your ingame MISC settings for gearshift debounce and set it to a lower value. It's there to prevent accidental double shifts. I've set mine to 130ms and haven't had problems. Might have to be a bit lower for cars like BF1.

Probably because i've named it splitter..
You'll have to check that it's centered on the XRT, since this is made for the rb4.
