Tried it yesterday, and the streaming it self was decent, but its functionality doesnt come close to livestream, unfortunatly.

Hmm... Do they offer a "studio" as livestream does? Does it support multiple cameras from different PCs?

Hello, everyone.

I have been streaming some of the big leagues on LFS such as iTCC 2011, Kyoto 250 and the GT2 WS Round 2. With the new update on Livestreams Procaster, I can now stream races in full resolution, although livestream will of course scale the picture, it is in much better quality than before.

I have a whole "studio" set up and have my brother to help me. I have one high-end gaming-computer with a triple-screen setup with three 24" full HD monitors, as well as one high-end laptop and one mid-end. I will be looking at setting up another gaming-pc with the streaming program, to allow more cameras. An example: Having the stream broadcast and as well having a smaller box within the stream where an on-board footage is going on for like 20 sec when following the battle.

I can also stream events from other simulators and games, as long as the game/simulator supports it.
So if you want your event streamed, please take contact, and we can discuss about it!

Sorry guys, but livestream was is a bit confusing using their program. I have it set to automatically save the recordings to my channel, but doing this + having it on in the online studio, resulted in turning it off in the studio = it was not saved although I even got the question to save and name it after I stopped streaming, which I ofc did. But it is not anywhere, so it seems lost. I think I just gotta have have the record option on, on the website next time and not in the program. I am really sorry about that! I am just as disappointed as you.

But I must say livestream has done a good job with their updated software. I could now record HD without lag. I tried recording in HD before, but it needed too much internet-traffic, so livestream started to lagg (not my computer). But now it finally works good

Just got home 40 mins ago. Im working on Oslo and couldnt get home, so had to get picked up. Luckily, not close to the explosion. Was gonna go early today, but decided to work on a project instead. If I had left when planned, I would been extremely close to the explosion

Yann is the first to criticize people for doing wrong (KY250 2010, iTCC 2011) but he has to accept he is certainly no angel himself instead of saying "everyone did it". Well Yann they didn't, it was only you that I saw doing it in the first half of the race with very little on the line than a big crash, and boy you delivered a big crash eventually.

Tbh, I was not very pissed during the event, I was sitting with a more "wtf" view on the race. But thats LFS and oval I guess :P I just could not understand some actions from some drivers, especially Yann's blocking tactic. I were in a few scary moments, like when I was squeezed when Isaac went down on me. But instead of going full throttle with I guess 60 laps to go or something, because Isaac was squeezing me, I reduced my speed just quick enough so there was not a crash. Im pretty sure Isaac didnt see me, so no worries, but yeah, people turned down on people a bit too much. There is a reason that the car on your inside is not going further on the inside - it is probably because he has a car there, and cannot go lower. So then no need to push them there :P

Anyway, I know I chatted at the end, but I was going to retire as my race was basicly over. It was under SC, so I dont think it made any of you lose focus or something. =)

But yeah, better races at iR :P


oh, and my skin. The idea was to create a skin with Norway's colors, so it was not an iR skin. I added a few iR logoes, and then when someone mentioned it, I understood it could be misunderstood as an iR skin

The G25/27 pedals are far from top notch, so Bose is right. To bring up Fanatec as you guys say, their pedals are better. But you have even better pedals again, from for example CST or Frex.
