Can't really help, sorry, as all I did was configure settings by car class and it worked straight away. You have wrong settings somewhere.
Bah looks like mine was sent out later yesterday, tracking number isn't on parcel force's site yet so guessing it'll turn up tomorrow.... dont mind though as there's champoins league footie tonight so that will keep me amused

You should not rest foot on the clutch irl....

No G25 for me yet, but isn't coming directly to me (to a friend, who is bringing it to me....)

2nd what Rob said. You should definately not rest your foot on the clutch IRL. Doing so wears out the throw-out-bearing, and depending the amount of pressure and the clutch setup, might actually be slightly engaging the clutch which could lead to premature clutch wear.
That would be the logical answer, but i'm buggered if I can see it, as i've copied the exact script across and changed the button settings to suit the G25
It's good to know the ranks of clutch, 720° turn wheels and shifter users are growing. More power to G25s!
How 'bout if you install the latest U28 patch into a separate folder, scrap the control settings and do a fresh config? Maybe your copypasta failed big time.

Yeah, its looking that way, it certainly seems odd that some cars work and others don't. Perhaps i'll try that tonight.

Andrew
Received mine this afternoon

One problem... how do i get the wheel to turn the full 900 degrees in lfs; at the moment it only turns 180 degree. I've set the 'WHEEL TURN' under option to 900 and also 900 on the 'WHEEL TURN' in the garage.

I tried setting it to 720 etc but still only 180 degrees. I remember seeing a thread about this elsewhere but can't find it now

Can anyone help?

It's in the device settings of the Logitech Profiler, where you'll find different force feedback, pedal, and wheel turn settings.

D'oh :smash3d:

Thanks
Is it still recommended to have Centre Spring enabled but set at 0%? Or was that work-around for a different problem that has since been fixed?
damn. mine was delivered 20 minutes after i left for work. so now i have to sit here for the next 8 hours knowing its sitting at home waiting for me. this is going to be a long day...
Downloaded nKP and LFS at lunchtime, and installed the G25. Oh what fun!! Had the office trying it out too, although the wooden floor and swivelley chair didn't help, until I wedged everything in place with peoples shoes.

As I don't know nKP very well, it was actually easier to set it up for the G25. Using the stick shifter in sequential mode, and 400 degrees (a guess), with about 125% FFB in both control panel and nK. Quite nice having to slip the clutch, and the serrated kerbs were very cool to feel.

LFS is harder, because I'm so used to the Momo feel and simple paddles. LFS's clutch simulation is crap (please give this bit a kick soon Scawen), but it was at least nice being able to set up the h-shifter and use it (decided to use auto-clutch because the manual clutch method isn't nice in LFS). Using the LX6, with 720 degree steering on full linearity, and 200% FFB in LFS (still 125% in CP) was entertaining, but I suddenly found everything harder to drive, and with less feel. I think this might be because I am so used to a particular wheel, so I reserve judgement on the FFB for now. nKP's FFB was quite good though.

Sorry for mini review, and sorry if it's in the wrong place Bob, but I know you love exercising your admin powers, so moving this will be good fun for you.
Looks like my order was one of the few that didn't make their first shipment. Just my luck
Got mine today...Will play with it for a day then do a little review for you guys.
still waiting ut should be in the next hour
im having a blast using my g25,
im racing much fairer and causing less pileups mainly due to being able to recover from slides

im slowly getting better at it,

but i occasionally miss a gear still
Has anyone got their G25 from gameseek yet? I have yet to receive a knock at the door, yet it was dispatched last night, any other members who orderd from gameseek got theirs yet? And if so, could you prehaps give a breif location on your location?

I am down south, in the area of Berkshire
Today i found myself having a bleeding finger. Didn't noticed when it happend, but i found out that the shifter paddels had some sharp edges. So i rub them down with sand paper. Do your wheels had that too?
Its Here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think i someone else posted about that. so it looks like that it might be an small issue on some of the g25.
