A while ago, a friend lent me his DK2 for a few days.

I didn't play enough LFS to be sure, but with RBR I could feel I had less control over the car, probably because of a slight input lag that my CRT doesn't have.

It was obvious in a really fast section of a tarmac stage, where I had to avoid houses going 180kph.


I really really hope the finished VR kits will have less input lag...

Discovered this thread a few days ago, dl-ed the demo, liked it, and preordered the game

I've had some nice head-scratching fun with the scenarios, completed a few ones. I'm currently stuck on the Kei Car engine, which is either too heavy, too expensive, not powerful enough or too thirsty

This game is showing great potential, I can't wait to see where it's going to be in a few years if everything goes well. Keep up the good work guys

As mentioned before, it would be an awesome feature if you could just plug the results into LFS and drive your own designed car, but sadly this is not going to happen.

It amazes me to see there are so many people who have a G25 and didn't even try to use its H-shifter.

I'm saying that because when I started playing LFS a few years ago, getting realistic inputs (wheel, pedals, and shifter) quickly became a priority for me, and the G25 was almost perfect for this.

Anyway, it's really nice to see people discovering the pleasure of using clutch and shifter, while also beeing a bit fun passing them as they try to deal with the extra difficulty

Ahah, I'm not the only one missing gears now ! :icon23:

Brief description of incident: Holmes pushed me in the corner. After watching the replay, it looks a bit like there was some lag involved, that's why I'm not sure about this protest. Moreover, it was unintentional, as he said afterwards
