Bump!

+1 to new rev limiter types. The "BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" type is just too diesel like for cars which apparently are petrol powered.

Ignition cut type rev limiters are not in standard cars, but they should be in the R cars. (FZR, XRR, FXR)

And the typical fuel cut limiters should be in normal vehicles...

I think they look very good. But maybe I`m just nuts because I think Alfa Romeo Giulia Saloon, Triumph Dolomite and BMW 2002 Turbo all look unbelievably good.

This AE86 Trueno is with more modern 2 litre VTEC engine, kept N/A.

All of them gives a funny and annoying steering. I think I just need to buy a new wheel.

I go manji drifting. But if I`m racing I try to keep my car straight ffs, it`s not easy with a 180 degree wheel. (180 degree physically!)

Why don`t you make a race server yourself? And to be honest, drifting isn`t taking over... Well maybe it is, a bit. It`s just because Live For Speed is too damn good game. I don`t think I quit racing and drifting in LFS even when I get my own car, LFS is really good driving practice, and quite cheap.



Only thing I`m concerned about is that there`s lots of "Need For Speed" players, like I call them, and they make drifting look bad in the eyes of the racers because "NFS" LFS drifters are retards. And their moms and dads have money on their pocket to buy them a licence.

I`m not trying to say that my opinion would be the best one, your opinion is yours and mine is mines, sometimes some peoples opinions just sound too off. Like yours here.

And how would getting rid of racers and drifters bring more racing servers? If I couldn`t drift in LFS I wouldn`t even play this goddamn game. I bought the S2 licence just to enjoy the sport of drifting with a car they took from me. Getting rid of drifters and cruisers would just decrease the amount of racing servers, imo.

Maybe the feeling of velocity isn`t equal with real life in LFS?

Why does everyone think that if you want to drift, it requires clutch kick? Ever heard of "Dynamic Drifting"? When you come to corner at higher speed than usually and you just let it start to slide all by itself?

You got it all wrong.

I didn`t even know FXR was a slower car. But I caught him just becouse I could corner alot better than he did.

I don`t think you can really be a good driver if you can`t do whatever you want to with your car and still have 100% control over it?

How many of you racers have full control on your car no matter what happens? (This is a real question, not trying to be cocky about it.)



And probably I`m not a mature person. Even though I CAN race and I CAN drift and I CAN control my vehicle how ever I want to.

XRG is the most fun car to drift...

And "please don`t drift the FBM." Why not? Gives a sweet feeling adrenaline rush when you really drive on the limit.

I need more drifting skills in racing that racing skills in drifting. If I couldn`t control my car like I do, I would have spun every time the car starts sliding. And, I don`t know, I`ve done 99% drifting only in past 4 months when I`ve owned S2 licence, and I won some guy in FXR TWICE in a row with XRR. Maybe it`s my powerover driving style or...? Don`t know how experienced the other guy was, but he definitely wasn`t slow.

+ It`s quite easy to control the formula`s which have very little steering angle and traction control off. Not hard to make small drifts through the corner. And I`ve won two FBM races and came second on third one, and won one BF1 race too. And now the FXR vs. XRR race in Aston.

Why would you wait for S3? Afterall, it`s going to cost you the same.

12 pounds for S1, 24 pounds for S2 and maybe 36 pounds for S3?

Here`s a third question, can the torque and hp curves be seen anywhere? Just to get the right moment when to shift. I usually shift around 1000rpm before the redline, thought it would be fine. But I want to get it more precise.
