i c ya point, and i am with ya, but nevertheless the dev(s) told often enough that fast features that are done for s2 final or s3 that can be implemented fast into current version, should and will be implemented, next to further develop of final stage.

as long as you dont cross the track so he really would bump your rear you can make your ass wide ^^

i widen my (racer)ass also as much as i can and other racers love it although they are maybe 1 or 2 sec faster a lap, it just depends trickyness and skillz of my opponent ontrack, and i will leave him space if he is next to me and let him overtake surely fair.

it is cool to force the opponent racer to make a great overtaking move and surely it is for him/her when he/she passes me then , i am not an bastard u know ^^

just sum improvement in this bugtest topic: ai dont know flags yet right? i had the problem that i had a full field of ai and some of them got blue flags for 30 minutes long but they did not move away... so just a impro, maybe there could be some like " if ai-car.gotblueflagged reached limit then p_sg for that ai-car" or something like this would solve the problem for the moment couz ai would enter the pits next lap and blue flag is over ...

I have been out of the LFS loop for a couple of months now, and thought, lets try again, and tbh i am seriously dissapointed.

I am not moaning or whining, as the devs now have a different insight as to what they want to acheive, but something is now seriously amiss as to what it used to be.

All I am saying is, LFS is no longer a pickup, like it, and buy it game, it's gotten over serious.

I hope I don't seem to be flaming, as I am not, its my personal opinion, and i know it doesn't stand for much but everybody has a voice.

LFS used to be fun, enjoyable, exciting, left you feeling wanting more, now....I feel none of the above which is a damn shame, as LFS was my life

so man whats your problem with the clutch?!

if you think the clutch is too slow, just put the key-control-rate from 2 or 4 to 10 and the clutch is fast as in Patch V/W/X,
so what?!

Notice how every link linkes to index.php wich contains the code and how each include includes a file which is NOT including the code

index.php , 1.php and 2.php same code just that at <h1> always shown what file it is. index.php -> h1=index.php , 1.php -> h1=1.php, ... blah just to see what php is openend...

when i open index.php and click f.ex. 1.php then it loops showing this php under each other...

all files at www.???.de/test/ for testing

sorry for askin here noob questions but i really need help

im starting php and first try is to make a menu index.php with submenus in style like:

index.php?page=1 -> and then link that to page 1...

im also still happy with lfs (altough i dont play it every day lately (bit boring)) AND I respect scaviers way of releasing content

BUT

personally I prefer the testpatch-way...

every lil thing he creates could be tested in patch test forum wich would be a cool thing to do for lfs- and lfsforumselite, altough i am 100% sure peopz will start moaning if content tested will not be used in final next patch... but i really prefer lil updates (also if they are incompatible, racing test servers then)

whatever, scavier everytime suprised me when i was bored and waited for new content, hes just doin an other way than i would do and i dont say my way is best way lol ^^

The only thing is that the bigger and heavier vehicles would need longer tracks - Supertrucks, for instance, can't really do hairpins or chicanes

But I certainly don't think there's any reason why any type of vehicle should be missed out. A V8 FX? A hotrod-style UF? Ah, it'd be so cool.

sure... just they have to be fantasy cars... not real ones couz of the reasons you all know already...

maybe there will be a competition like the lfs skins competition...

like programming cars in specified classes (buggie, trucks,.. whatever devs want)...

and the best ones will be chosen for ingame in patch z or aa or xx,... just a thought lol

Graphics arent that important, main point is the VR, the suggestion / feeling of all... You can have DX10 Ubergraphics and still dont be much into the whole feeling at all... My thinking is they could be improved (more polygones, dynamic light,...) but the feeling is great already...
