When approaching the roundabout and switching from Path "X Route 5" to "X Route 2" the attached texture glitch occurs. The road textures load as you continue your approach.

In relation to the grid-size increase, we're still getting "Race is Full" with 32 cars on track (/carsmax=40 entered). Are we to assume the max 40 slots is only when the custom start points etc. are used?

From now on, I suspect it's going to be a long trend of HTC phones (on Android).

There also seems to be the same major bug from 2010 - stuttering caused by huge amounts of data being written to the replay file in real-time. There is a relatively quick fix, using a symbolic link to an external hard-drive, but should really have been addressed for this years release. I think the problem is with the underlying game engine, because the same has been reported to happen in the Dirt series too.

Apart from that though, it is a massive step up from 2010. Hopefully I won't get bored after 5 races like I did last year - it's looking very promising so far!

Hi, was in a server a little while ago when suddenly I left pits and was hit by a randomly flying car. See the replay in the link below to have a look;

Other people in the server saw the user [GRM]AFK not moving at all, just parked up near the wall at the pitlane. Before I reconnected (thus not in the replay above), it looked from other players that I was being hit by an invisible force.

There also seems to be something catching on the main-straight side of the pitwall too, at the location shown in picture linked below. If you drive scraping against the wall, you seem to catch something and stop dead, or rebound off if going fast enough.

Yea, I saw this on there yesterday. I was having terrible stuttering at one point caused by the writing of the replay file. Did this and haven't had any problem since

Hi, we did ban a user for using this exploit a few days ago, but it wasn't 'Orange'. The user your probably referring to just had the Nickname of 'Orange'; the regular user who also uses this is Nickname well respected and I highly doubt it would be him . We'll keep a look out anyway, thanks

Even though i'm a member of a cruise team, the line has to be drawn somewhere. This is a racing simulator, and so its naive to expect any dedicated features to cruise servers.

A nice, well thought out idea, but certainly not fitting for LFS

Yea, pass plus is a very easy way to get cheaper insurance

I mean my pass plus course was £70 (because TFL refunds £70 if you live in London) and that can cut your insurance premium by upto 20% depending on your insurer, of course.

Well I got my fiesta 1.25 zetec a few months ago for £1200, which I think was a pretty good price considering it was also a ghia model.

Insurance wasnt too bad, after I took my pass plus, it took £500 off the premium, with final price being £1700 TFTP.

The car has just over 90k miles, but it has FSH, and there have been a few zetec engines in my family, and if they are well maintained they do last a good few miles

The key really is to keep checking the autotrader website, dont rush into anything, because at the end of the day, whats the point in getting an average car when you can wait a week and see a perfect car for a similar price
