I marked you the position of the mirrors on the picture attached.
I recommend you using Adobe Photoshop and these brilliant skin kits. They work fine because every part of the car is seperated in a different layer.

I guess he is using 2 screenshots (one with the car and one without). He gave the background a heavy gaussian blur. The car itself is a duplicated layer. One with gaussian blur more brightness and contrast and reduced transparency above the original layer with the car. Thats how I would do it.
