yeah i work with a swedish guy and he speaks Norwegian, Danish and perfect english taught it from school he said.

yeah just as Tristiancliffe has said its where you have locked that tire on a 1 point causing a hot spot, if you stop your car and roll it very slowly you will see the temp change as the wheel rotates

well without a replay its hard to say, but your statment "that wheel as got the best chance of holding under braking there" doesnt make sense to me, the rears will not lock with a good setup as the bias will be to the front, the left front has the most weight on it as it on the outside of the car so to me the right front is the one that will lock if any, i remember running fox and f08 round there right front were forever locking. but my thoughts are only based on those cars as i have not driven the fbm round there yet

blackwood is a right handed track, stigpt is correct its caused by you locking the front right hand wheel when braking for t1 and turning in its lifting the weight off that corner, theres only 2 real left hand turns on blackwood both are smooth turns with no braking required. just be careful when braking for t1

oh i think you got the wrong end of the stick, ive got no issues with the front downforce effects i think there very good, just that there is no rear d/f effect

im not certain if this is already used but i know when you drive close behind a car your vehicle will loose its front down force and thus slipstream the car and have less air resistance but what i dont see is the car ahead loosing some of its rear wing downforce, i know this happens in real life esp in nascar where you see cars drafting each other very close right into turns and if the car behind stays right on the back into the turn the lead car gets loose. also in lfs when two cars draft only the car behind gets a "boost" in speed from the slipstream but in real life the lead car (to a lesser extent) would also get a slight increase in speed as the two cars would basicly become one mass traveling through the air.

i know when ive been driving the FOX and following right behind a car into a turn i would understeer but he would drive away unaffected, maybe this is something to look into for the future.

this might seem a little strange but i thought it would have already been in place, over the last couple of days we've had two racers join our servers with abusive licence names, is there a system in place to stop ppl using swear words for licence names now?

thats got an amazing spec but has a price tag to match, depending on wahat you want it for you could save a hell of a lot

check the heat sink is fitted correctly on the cpu and that the fan starts up as soon as you press the power on button

well i dont think it did? what we have in lfs is that when a clutch heats up it starts to slip, then it will heat up more the more it slips. sorry thats slimply not how it works in "reality" as an example i will use my fireblade (although the same applys to other bikes ive own and even my old impreza) when the clutch was worn (too many wheelies) it would slip under heavy load say accelerating in 5th gear from 6000rpm it would then slip up to 10000rpm but as it slipped it heated up and gripped more and then stopped slipping until it was left to cool down again, a slipping clutch is caused by wear not heat and esp not the heat caused by 3/4 agressive launches, 2nd remember these are race cars with race clutches and can take abuse

as you have a personal problem with certain ppl on this forum sam (myself included im sure) i think you should stand down as a moderator or atleast as shoe maker has ask get off her back, or just leave your so called moderating duty to somone else (not in the ctra team) like franky, i mean its not like the forums would fall to pieces without you freaking out every time you see a redline member posting in "your" forum is it. just what are you trying to achive by locking threads for no reason and treatening to ban paying members from the forums because of your personal dislike of them?
