Going round a roundabout (that I have taken in the past at between 55 and 65mph without a problem) at around 35-40 (I was just riding home from my mates) and ehh.. I don't know. I would agree with this however its only a screw to hold the seat down as as such a riv nut should do the job fine (aslong as the seat is not over torqued to 50nm)

If you can get a spanner on the other side of the bracket why dont you drill out the old thread, put a longer 6mm cap head bolt in with a lock nut on the other end

Sorry maybe i should explain, This was at a railway repair depot which means skilled workers doing 12 hour shifts getting covered in grease and oil and doing safety critical repairs. The female who worked there was a ex rolls royce apprentice (like i said very intelligent) and Prit was a qualified cnc machinist who worked on the wheel lathe. Everyone who worked there had to have some engineering back ground and qualifications.

Not really a good example cross section to judge the level of minorities in a area, Im sure if you only looked at taxi drivers, mobile phone shops, kebab shops in any area you'd think british white people were the minority

From the shop floor they took one person ..... Prit (did they just pick him because he was the first to hand do you think or because of his race?) then from other positions the took a black woman a chinese man (the only chinese man in the whole building) and white woman. At the time Prit was non the wiser but when the news letters came out everone used to rip on him for being a pc show horse.

I and nobody else will look at those pictures and think: Wow what a fantasticly diverse work place. People will ethier not notice at all or like me they will see through the bs and know that if your a hard working proven skilled employee if your a white male you will have a hard enough time trying to compete with the other hard working skilled white males for promotion but may aswell not bother trying to compete with ethnic minoritys or females in the same position as they will be given a free ride to the top because of what they are not because of their skills/experience.
