the xr gt turbo already has a dump valve and it works as it own file when you release throttle or change gear where is that file in the lfs folder? i would like to replace it with the dumpvalve you sent

i am going to delete it all and start again. wheres the step by step gone again oh here it is lol

i have been moved. i did wonder how long it would take before someone moved me to the right place

when i put the cfg file from the cfg folder to the lfslapper in the bin folder it flashes up and then goes again.

everytime i look in the cfg file in the cfg folder the password goes back to how it was originally when i change it and save it it wont actually save whats that all about? i did read something about saving as unicode but im unsure about it, any ideas?

This should work presuming in Start In: field you have:
"C:\Documents and Settings\Dave and Jo\Desktop\lfss2s2\lapper\bin"


If you still have problems, just drag lfslapper.cfg from cfg directory and drop it onto lfslapper.exe in bin directory...

that didnt work

i open the cfg file in the bin that i copied and when i save the password it exits and when i load again its backk to how it was before.

if i do it in the cfg file thats in the cfg file its ok but the program wont load at all drag and drop copy and paste i treid it all.

i have giot most of it i think but i am stuck on what to do after i have created the shortcut on the desktop what do i put ion the destination path i currently have this

Starting LFSLapper using windows shortcut:
1.Drag lfslapper.exe on desktop using right mouse button.
2.Create shortcut.
3.Open its properties and add path to script file in target field.
4.Double-click on shortcut to run application.

the location for the cfg file is this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Dave and Jo\Desktop\lfss2s2\lapper\cfg

but i have tried everything that i can think of to be admin but i can do it. i have sused out the config file finally all i had to do was change it to a notpad file lol but this god damm admin password is doing my head in

ok i reset everything

but i still cant be admin from within the game and i dont now how to find out the password or reset it

how do i find out the admin pass word that has been set? at the moment the server is called "host name" and i am unsure why. bu there is a server runing though and i entered what i thought was that admin password in the host password but it didnt work.

also why dont i have admin riights?

isnt there a way of keep the server goin by changing from host to host ie the last person that is left playing the server stays with untill there is no one left? say if i hosted the game and then someone else joined then i left could they take the role of being host?

right i can start a server ok but it does take up my pc only and when i leave it leaves aswell, what your saying is i can start a server and have it running in the background (kinda) but even if i go offline the server shut down and the only way to keep it going is to pay someone else for me to use there pc to keep the server runnin 24/7?

can someone check this for me please?

i put up a server and i put my pc as the host but what i want is to be able to leave the server but i would like the server to stay running. how can i do this?

when i open the game it sais i am s2 licensed but i cant join into the s1 or s2 servers because my username and password is not recognised its what i entered when i installed the game but it wont work for some reason and even on this forum it sais that i am only a demo user. whats that all about? illepall

i am slowly getting there i have managed to do a few full laps with out spinning out and i got a best time of 1.36 not brilliant but at least i am going around the track now.

also your easy race setup works a treat even though i would love to go sidewaze but its going to take a lot of practice i think

the only bit that is holding me back is when i try to exit the corner smoothly the back end will whip round and send me flying in the oposite direction the only problem being is my arms cant move that fast or keep up with it. any sudjestions?
