To be fair don, it does look great. If in the UK, could you do that with mine ?

Pretty Normal. One question that really got me was: "People with serious inheritable disabilities should not be allowed to reproduce." - Am I a bad person for even considering 'agree' ?

The 200sx I own has an exedy paddle clutch, that's bad enough in heavy traffic was just thinking if you had a clutch that is quite literally like an on/off switch, it's not gonna last too long on road driving

Quote from Klutch :Drove a mates 180sx today, stalled it twice...
turns out exedy HD 8 puck button clutches are hard to get used to

I dont feel too bad though, apparently the last guy that tried to drive it couldn't even make it out of the carpark because he kept stalling it haha

Pretty fun car to drive, handles like its on rails and 380rwhp is nothing to sneeze at, goes from 80kph to 180kph in the blink of an eye

How do you drive a road car like that? surely you'll just end up glazing it/burning it out in a short period of time?

Guise,

Advise required!

I have had a canon 500d now for almost 3 years and would like to change before I hit 10k shutter actuations. The camera has been well looked after and still performs flawlessly.

My only complaint is the crappy layout of the buttons, the rubbish noise at higher ISO's and general bordem.

What would you guys recommend I changed to? I need to stay with Canon as I have invested in some decent lenses.

Cheers!

Stu

Car is not actually that low! it's the grass effect... Although I took the wrong turn and went into the wrong area for parking, and did a bit of grass cutting.. Grass was slightly longer (some got stuck in the lip)

The additional problem I have, the mx5 is soon to be either sold on.. or not yet decided.

As I have a 200sx that I am currently repairing slowly in my spare free time (new rad, new silicone pipe kit, new manifold, diff oil change, engine oil change, re-wire pikey spec radio wiring, new gauges) and learning as I go..... However, I only need to put a few bolts on this weekend, after waiting a week for new exhaust studs to arrive until the car will be pretty much back and ready for the road.

SO I did intend to limit what I was going to spend on the mx5.

I have been quoted £100 for the repair. With an extra £20 if the wheel is not straight.

Hoohumm... wheel only cost me £149 when new

Scrabby, is that car still intended for legal road use? Looks good

I am not too keen on driving on a "repaired" wheel. However, like you said, the bead is fine. It's quite literally just the outter lip.

The wheels are from america, and to import another wheel would be around £200. If I am able to get the wheel restored to a safe, decent finish for £50-75, then I'd be very happy. Would love to get them back on my mx5, as my 14" tyres are nearly shot.

Good times..

Next question would be if it was repaired... Would you rather have the repaired wheel on the front or the rear?

Quote from S14 DRIFT :Hmm if it's still holding air then its definately repairable. If it's broken the bead then you'd need to get it looked at in detail, take it to a proper refurb place (not the touch up merchants but a proper shotblast and refurb place)

There's a place called BJV Engineering based somewhere not far from St Albans, who are apparently pretty good. (I think you're from the south somewhere - If not then oh well)

I am from Bristol, but will email them with a few pictures. Cheers for the link.
