It's odd, everyone in the UK who got a PS3 last week has said it's much better than their 360s but everyone in America has been making everyone expect it to be crap by going on about how ps3s gonna fail and how the 360 kicks the PS3 square in the bollocks.
But yeah, I really want to buy a PS3, but I also want to buy a G25, psp, I need to update this PC and am considering building a cockpit.
A friend of mine's got one, he says it's really good and really worth the money.
Indy 500 The first racing game I ever played, we only had the demo I couldn't have been much older than 3 or 4, I remember crashing into walls blew the tyres up. It was probably the first game I ever played.
Skid marks This was a silly game, my older brother had it on his Amiga. I remember it because the computer asked you if you wanted to play. I also remember my older brother telling me that skid marks are poo marks in ones pants.
Toca 2 Touring Cars This was my first game on the Playstation. The game was so realistic, it was also really hard for me. My older brother more or less completed the game for me/himself. We used to play hide and seek, and tag on it. I also remember being excited when he unlocked the AC/Shelby Cobra.
These probably aren't my favourite racing games ever (Skid marks for example) but these were probably the most influencial.

My dad's currently building a Locost, it runs, instruments work. All it needs is the seats properly fitted, seatbelts, a windscreen and a roof.
Westfield make a 4.0 litre V8 version.
The new Civic Type R looks nice, but it's not out yet.

Mine's about 1.6-1.8 download when it's supposed 8mb, the reason being that there is a fault in the wiring. When I plug the router in the BT testing socket (which is inconveniently next to the front door) I get about 7.5.

I'd exppect them to fall of when you hit a bump and anyway most cars that need these gauges will have them somewhere else.
GT4 can be scaled up to 720p or 1080p, I think it canbe done but only on PS3 but I'm not sure. Check the options.
