That's what i got with Indigo: if i turn Ray mirror on, the body is black (probably because there is no background), if i don't it simply is without textures...i tried with jpg, tga and png textures...
EDIT: i'm now rendering whith indigo, and you know that the image, at the beginning, is not very clean...but should i already see textures? Because the body is still black, but the interior is already textured, if i'm seeing right. If i try with the blender internla render engine the body has it's texture....
I really really hope he's ok...
One of the worst things, is that i said yesterday to a schoolmate that it was DEFINETLY impossible to get major injuries in a F1 Car...now i'm feeling a bit responsible for that.
I'm now racing for 9 months aprox., and i saw that on rallyX tracks and events racers use textures with fake dirt.
I'm now suggesting a simple dirt model, based on the distance covered on dirty surfaces like gravel etc. (the more distance on gravel, the more "dirt" appears on the car)
It would be a good addition, even if it's low/medium priority.
Would someone be so kind to do this XRT for me?
I would do it by myself, but payware software is required, so
I'd like to have it on white background, with stock wheels and Michelin Tires if possible, i'd like to use it as a desktop background (4:3 19" Monitor, so 1280*1024 would be very very very nice ).
