If you are reasonably skilled at photoshop and would like to do this job please read on.
Ok, so I have created a team and my first priority is to get skins done before the website.
I will pay 20 euro via PayPal to the person who successfully and professionally provides the logos.
The team is called Seismic-Impact what I want made is a few logo's in a CS 2 format that I can easily paste onto and re size onto each skin in photo shop.
All of the cars will either be black or a very dark color so all logo's will need to have the appropriate colors to stand out enough to be recognized from the base paint.
Logo one : The first logo I want made is SEISMIC-IMPACT designed in a powerful destructive like theme similar to this with transparent clouds surrounding the text, and with a bit less fire.
The logo will go diagonally across the hood or side of the car
Logo two: The second logo I want made is www.Seismic-Impact.com this logo is to be more subtle with a cracked earth quake or aftermath theme to it.
This logo will go across the side skirt or rear bumper of the car.
Logo Three: The third logo I want made is S-I or S I inside emblem for placement on quarter panel or offset on bumper bar.
This logo will be inside a shield similar to this except with subtle cracks or something with a more destructive/aggressive nature coming out from behind the shield.
All Logos are to be done in upper-case
Please submit your applications and previous work through PM or my Msn found under my Avatar
What exactly have you based this statement on? there are over 1200 games already on Steam, 211 of those in the Simulation category AND there is more than 30,000,000 active users, that is more than the population of most countries, to suggest that this many people can be classified as one community is ridiculous.
Steam is a virtual store with all kinds of games just like your local game shop, it is not the underage night club you seem to think it is.
Each game just like every where else has it's own community and it attracts a certain type of gamer.
Well you may want to run a virus scan as my LFS computer only has 1gb + 2gb on the graphics card, I already run LFS through steam and I get a consistent 200fps with loads of memory to spare.
More people = more wreckers it's just the way it works. if any of you have actually played games on steam it is not all that bad! They sell flight simulator on Steam and every time I have logged into that I don't see anyone tying to do barrel rolls in a 747 or smashing into New York City.
Most of the counter-strike kids have absolutely no interest in cars and it is highly unlikely that that will buy LFS, however for the people that do have an interest in driving simulators Steam will make LFS more known and available to them.
As I said previously if you are the owner of a server and do not want noobs in there crashing people, then put an experience cap on it or a safety cap similar to what Cargame.nl uses.
Did a little test today on the drag times of each LFS car, thought it was interesting.
All times were driven with hard track or default setup manual clutch and H-pattern shift (except for race cars) Cars have been categorized using http://en.lfsmanual.net/wiki/Carsas reference. FR Class:
I see where you are coming from.
I would also not want to see LFS get spoilt, though you must agree something has to be done to bring people back to the game and that won't happen without S3 or some kind of advertising scheme.
It's like you have a vendetta against me which i can only assume is a severe case of sexual desire to sleep with me. you never seem to read more than 10% of any of my posts without quoting me in some aggressive nature.
