I think you should both swallow your ego a bit and start working for the good of your teams, respect calls for respect, but always starts with respect!
When you’re a leader It is not about who is the best any more, it is all about making good appearances to races, to show fair play and professionalism where ever you end up on the grid and whatever the problems.
Come on guys, you’re both supposed to be team leaders now, between the strange accusations and the insults, what do you think ppls think of you?
LFS is not doing well atm, it is important for all of us that you become successful, we need more teams at the top of the leagues…so plz get your shit together and show more maturity!
Hehe Niki, our position of challenger is much more comfortable than being pressured from the back, scavengers can be very successful too you know, specially when they are ready to fight the top predators, look at the Hyena!
Open Backup and Restore by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Backup and Restore.
In the left pane, click Create a system repair disc, and then follow the steps. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Also rootkit are often installed in the master boot record...so to be sure boot from windows cd, chose repair and go to the Command Prompt (cmd) and type:
NDR LFSCART 2012: Magic Season for Genuine Racing Drivers
LFSCART 2012 was certainly a successful campagin for our team. Overall we achieved six victories, 20 podiums, five poles and six fastest laps in the ten races of the 2012 season. After this very short summary, we will give the comments of those drivers involved in the season Here
NDR GT2WS 2012: Third Place in Standings after Season Long Battle with CoRe
We achieved 3 podiums (each time on the 3rd place). Sadly a disconnect in the final round at Kyoto Grand Touring ruined our chances for P2 in the championship in the fight against CoRe Racing which meant we finished the season in a overall 3rd place. Our Am squad won the GT2-Am championship and even finished the overall championship in a strong 4th place. Congratulations to ineX Racing for the deserved series title and CoRe Racing to the 2nd place in the overall standings! You can find the comments of our drivers Here
We all deal with our ego, that’s in our nature, the art is to keep things in balance and use it positively when needed….but I also believe it is a constant struggle, let it go one way or the other and things become negative…for example, in racing, ego is a good motivator for the winning spirit, but we must not become (full time) egocentrics and/or bad losers…
Ego is not a automatically a dark empty place, It is very difficult to avoid it as one of human’s characteristic is self awareness, and that’s where it all starts…Ego is also narcissism, self love.
A little bit of narcissism results in social success and overall happiness and is therefore a good characteristic.
A lot of narcissism results in more social success and gets a person to climb the career ladder. It often results in success but also gets the person to be extremely sensitive to critics and sarcasm and can therefore never be truly happy.
Excessive narcissism is usually a cover up of a deeply insecure person. A truly narcissistic person or egoistic person can never be happy nor can he/she make his/her partner happy and will always expect perfection from his/her children.
Self love reflects on your choice of partner, on your choice of career and your conversational topics.
A certain amount of ego is good for your development, too much will work against you!
Maybe I should have posted this in the league section, but I think it would end up in stats anyway…
There is one domain where LFS is still on top compared to other simulators, and that is endurance racing with the ability to switch drivers, but disconnections (time out) is not well managed, for that we use third party trackers (which also add some stats like the laps and time driven per drivers…), but they are often difficult to use for inexperienced users. So I was wondering if adding this feature would be possible/useful, maybe integrated as an option to the remote settings and displayed there…something easy to use where organizers would have to input the team number, team name and drivers…and of course we would also need to input the penalty given for time out (added time or added laps).
Of course this would not fix the problem of on track blue flag situations when you disconnect and reconnect (that’s when the tracker is useful, but you still need a team mate to check it and report to the driver), ideally this tracking feature ''should'' be integrated to LFS server…but that’s for a different topic I think!
Something I'd like to share here as I am his extremely proud manager. We haven't seen him much on the track the last two years because of his RL racing career, but some of you may remember Michael (michaelvdm) van der Mark. After 5 years of 125cc racing (7 races in motogp 125cc), the last two years he has been riding in the superstock600 championship and we are very proud to announce that he has won the tittle after a great battle with Riccardo Russo the all year. And the great news is that he will be racing in the Supersport world championship next year for PATA Ten Kate Honda!
I am always amazed by the amount of PR done by some to try to influence admin decisions, personally I hate races which are decided in the tribunals, so I am not going to wait for the results and I will congratulate Inex for winning the 24h race (bit dirty in last lap though) and CR for winning the 15h race!!

THX everyone, I'm really proud of the results we've achieve with Virgil Mocanu and Niklas Gebauer, we knew we were not going to be the fastest and that's why we have worked our asses off to be the most consistent in our class...The results speak for themselves, 4 wins and 2 third places... THX to CoRe Racing and to the new Bazinga team which has been very impressive for their first showing!!... On a personal note, I had not raced in league for two years and thought I was getting too hold for it, so I can't tell you how happy I was to win this race and AM champ on my birthday!...Congrats to Inex for an other impressive performance and THX to all participants and to New Dimension Racing for a great season, can't wait for next year!!
The beauty of this is that there are no team orders or requests, but there is no need for it as our drivers all work for the interest of the team before their own… what can I say… I am proud of them!
