My dad hosts a server for a diffrent game (Neverwinter Nights) so he goes through the same issues probably.

STCC is starting to be one of my fav servers to go to.(Last night was awesome in FE Club with XFG's only I kept running out of fuel lmao had people pushing me to pits )

I think i have the same computer as you but mine is a Compaq.

Only how I messed with my settings I get 45 FPS the lowest with a full grid

Post number 11. Look at his graphic settings and try copying that and see if you get any better FPS.

Highest is in Autocross at 120FPS and it still looks decent!

Try putting Hardware Vertex Shading on. That worked wonders for me!
