I took a look at Vaasa's Study guide for computer science. (FTR I have got a hang of it as I'm myself doing a BC at Lappeenranta, majoring in computer science and network programming.) Whereas over here all of the masters degree courses are in English (and English only 
) I could only find one English course description there. All of them had an English title though. I would assume the Finnish would do the courses in their own language and you foreign sods would be left to wallow in your own misery.

What kind of scolarship or grant have you got from your Uni / government? Finland isn't really that expensive as student housing foundations offer cheap flats and you can get a discount for almost anything with a student card.

If you take a look at how the previous season went it would make a bit more sense I admit. So here's how it works: Q1 is the Sunday before the race (=the previous weekend) (not after obviously. Would be an interesting concept.) Q2 is the day before the race. Race in on a Saturday.
GT2 isn't copyrighted by anyone so I can run a league with the 50% intake restricted UF1 and call it GT2 if I like. CTRA ran GT2 which was completely different from our GT2. Why should we change the name?

It's a bit hard coming up with a name suggestion if you have no clue what the game will be like though. So instead I will imagine you are making the most awesome racing game ever: All of the world's cars licensed in it, you can shoot the opposition with miniguns and heat-seeking missiles, there's a free roaming mode where you can deal drugs and deliver pizza and it comes with a special FFB controller that gives you a blowjob whenever you win a race.
