Please zip an entire folder (a root folder if you like) containing everything in to the package next time - it is really annoying to unzip packages structured wrongly. You don't want to make people check the contents of the package every time they unzip something.

Censorship has not ever been nor will it ever be an answer for anything. Even if it was it's ineffective at best.

While I appreciate the concern for artists who make the shit people download illegally, it would be wrong to say they don't benefit from it at all - Studies have shown pirates actually use quite a lot more money on actually buying stuff. Also it's quite hard to draw a line, if it's okay to record a song that's on the radio (which it is), why is it illegal to download it? The song will get copied somehow anyway, why the **** are my tax euros being used to fight over that in court?

They are all compound nouns. Agglutinative languages tend to have both compound nouns and extremes in agglutination, hence the confusion.

You wouldn't need a bank account to make a bank transfer. Register at paypal and follow the instructions to send money to your new paypal account.

You would simply go to a bank (doesn't matter which one), ask to make a bank transfer for x amount of money (you can hand the money in cash to the cashier at the bank). In Finland paypal's account is in Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) in Helsinki.
