Rockingham (Especially the ISSC circuit) is very fast and not very wide. Make sure time is given when overtaking. Having Race Directed and raced at the circuit myself in real life, I know how fast people come up on you especially when there is a large speed difference like we have here.
For the faster cars, just wait for a place to overtake, there aren't many on the infield. For the slower cars, make clear indication of where you are going. Mapping the indicator buttons (/press 7 8 0, (left right off)) is defiantly a good idea.
Good luck to everyone, I will try and stay out of your way.
As a temporary measure, you can use the Autocross editor. Place pit start points, just outside of the garages. Place them as attached, in line with line on garage floor.
Don't put them on the main pit lane as they drive towards the inner put line AI Line.
Very well presented track. After racing the circuit and officiating events there in real life, I have to say a very big well done to the developers. The visual makers are spot on, the bumps are perfect and the curbs are as suspension breaking as in real life(unfortunately I have first had experience at that part. Woops!) Awesome to see a real life track in LFS. Cracking job guys! Merry Christmas!
When connecting to a host, and when it gets to "Skin: X" LFS goes un responsive and then says "Did not receive OK"? I have found this on some servers but not all. Happened last night on NDR Death Rally, Talked to deko, no problems his end. And also happened on Cargame S2.
Sorry got it wrong. As I am not just a Sim Racing Race Director, I got rules confused, sorry.
Sorry about that, I messed up, I know.
I couldn't remember, I will find it somewhere. Thanks.
Also, pit stops in practice can be sorted after the fact, which was the idea this time.
I know I got some stuff wrong, forgive me, I'll get it right. As I said before, I am not just a Race Director in the sim racing world, I am also Race Director for the the real stuff too so I got a bit confused after being away from lfs for a while. (Woops :S)
