Summer time ends on October 25th. The times you've posted therefore translate to 2030 Italian time and not 2130 as you've used previously. Is this correct?
Sorry guys, I've been away for the last week, hence the lack of responses on my part.
Deko - just fyi, the reason I haven't added the current season of MiniFBM yet is the low attendance in Round 2 and the postponement of Round 3. I'd like to wait and see if the league is likely to be completed before I add it. Sorry that I didn't tell you that sooner.
z-ro - I'd like to talk to you briefly before adding your event to our database so I can figure out the best way of doing it. You can MSN me or find me on Quakenet #spdo.
Feuerdrache - I'd also like to talk to you on MSN or Quakenet #spdo if you don't mind.
You can find my MSN details on my profile page.
Oops, looks like I forgot to reply. I have a couple of questions about this before I can add it. I'm away from now until Tuesday or Wednesday this week but when I get back I'll explain what I need to know etc.
SpeedTest.net has a link to PingTest.net, which tests packet loss between your machine and various locations around the World. It might be worth having a look at for people who tend to time out in LFS.
One of our members uploaded our GT2 skin without names to LFSWorld, and he's not back until the race gets underway. Therefore I've renamed our GT2 skin, as advised by DWB. Here's the skin with the new name.
Hawku, Heikki Jaakkola, Finland
MarcG, Marc Gassner, Germany
Misan, Teemu Hirvonen, Finland
#32 spdoRacing
GT2 FZR
Dmt, Dmitri Tsubenko, Estonia
GermanRacer, Lukas Vieten, Germany
Ghost_CZ, Martin Silhanek, Czech Republic
joshdifabio, Josh Di Fabio, United Kingdom
K.Dingeling, Chris Hofbauer, Germany
pearcy_2k7, Reece Pearson, United Kingdom
One-off events are accepted too. I only ask that all replays are uploaded and not just those from the race(s). I might delete one-off events which don't supply all of their replays.
They're not, because during the race they'll never actually be in position for more than a few seconds at a time.
Imo we should have a concrete barrier, with poles extending for another 50cm or so. That way if people want to cut the poles they can but eventually they'll probably hit the barrier and destroy their car.
As it is right now there's no penalty for cutting, because it'll be too tough for the admins to moderate and as we've seen in the past they won't actually do so during the race. Tyres wouldn't work either because they punish the person behind the cutter, not the cutter themself.
