As I'm making a new scene, and I'm new at Softimage (was used to 3DS Max), it still has some mistakes that I'm fixxing one-by-one.

Dude, it's a problem with your card video, try to change the DirectX in 3DS Max, if it doesn't work, update your driver, it might work. If it doesn't work re-install.
