What's wrong with 125 KB/s?

Currently when there is a kick/ban vote, a lot of people just mash 1 without knowing anything about what happened. Now a wonderful thing to avoid this would be an against vote - where people who know what happened could vote against the kick/ban.

Ideas?

Making them come out of T1 side-by-side. After T1 comes the chicane which is one of the worst places to be side-by-side at Blackwood.

Lately I've started racing in SHIFT F mode which I really like but there is an obstacle: If you press F9-F12, then instead of getting only the corresponding popup, you get the whole UI back.

Now the idea I have is not simply changing the behaviour of the popups, but create a whole new mode, which I am going to describe:

Most of the time the screen would be empty of all the garbage, all you see is the 3D world, except for the text.

But for the text part, there should be options to change what will appear. For example, it is likely you will still want to see what others are saying, but seeing who has teleported into pits or spectators mode will just add pointless text to the screen.

Then when pressing buttons that bring something up (F9-F12, SHF L etc.) it would not bring back all of the interface, only what you wanted to see would pop up.

Additionally, this mode would really benefit from a pit board, like the AIRIO one.

Bring back the old pit exit. The joining should be done like it is done at Westhill.

The way I see it, a complete rewrite of the graphics engine would take a long time.

What I think is realistic is Scawen starting it as a side project for S3.

What I want back is the old pit exit.

Can anyone think of a reason why the pit exit would be moved like that in real life?

Right now it is very dangerous, it is not possible for a car to come out of pits when someone is entering T1.

Very good racing and most noobs get banned.

No possibility of a no-registry aka 'portable' option?

Then the problem is in your calculation not the system.

Ofcourse they do consider things in here. Just look at the threads from 2007 and 2008 and you will see that many of the suggestions have been implemented.

The way I saw it, the idea was that the car would slowly degrade if you forget to change the oil and engine performance would be affected which wasn't a such a BAD idea, trying to add some realism is good. But to only have to press a button?? then I would just do this EVERY race end so it would eventually become annoying to have to do it all the time.

FAR FAR cooler idea would be if you crash badly then you start leaking oil everywhere, other cars could slip in the oil and you car's engine would slowly die and explode with pieces flying everywhere littering the track causing other car's tyres to have a blowout. So yeh, improved damage model, but only affecting the race at hand. Once you hit the pits screen everything gets repaired and you car gets washed.

Yeah, and when you explode all the other cars crash and then they all explode and then there is a huge fireball and the dynamite that was forgotten behind a wall will explode and then the whole track will go poof and then like you can never drive there again. Yeah baby!
