Well the conclusion is that neither of you guys don't have a clue of what you are talking about.

There are many different technologies to show the illusion of 3D. It's true that all of them need at least a special display or special glasses. Often both are needed. Currently the most common consumer technology is shutter glasses. For this technology, you do not need a '3D Monitor', whatever that is. You simply need a display with a high refresh rate.

The real truth is that none of the current available technologies display real 3D pictures. They simple give the illusion of 3D and the marketers have of course decided to label it '3D Picture'.

Currently the answer is none.

IE is crap for all of its compatibility problems. Maybe they'll improve in the future.
Firefox is not responsive, buggy and you get tempted by extensions which make it even more unstable.
Chrome is kind of good, but it's by google who spies on you and misses some features I'd like
Opera was until recently the best browser, but for the last few years it has really started to go downhill with lots of pointless features arriving aimed for 'n00bs'. It has also started to get more unstable and there are many bugs that haven't been fixed (altough it's not as worse as IE/Firefox).

Overall, I would still choose Opera. It's fast, has probably all the features you need without extensions, also has support for stuff you maybe don't use often enough to have a dedicated application for (torrent, email, irc, rss etc.). It also has support for syncing your settings and bookmarks with other computers.

I'd say that the best 'just browser' currently is Chrome but as said before, you're telling the google empire even more than they already know about you (which is a lot).

You can say to your parents Sutinennn that more than 50 000 people have bought LFS and everyone has received what they payed for.

What price class are talking about here?

A bit like your database, and just like LFS S3 i look forward to seeing it but i will not hold my breath waiting.

Now you are talking like I have told someone to stop using Bose's database. I haven't done such a thing and if his site is better then it is logical that people will use it.

As for saying ours will be much better, it's my own personal opinion and promise.

It will not be just as the original database. It will be much better in every aspect.

Hello all LFS Database fans!

As most of you hopefully know, the LFS Database is currently being rebuilt from the ashes. Progress is good and we hope to reopen before the end of the summer.

Some features are already completed and many are in the to-do list. I can't talk about any of the new features right now but I can tell you there are quite a few surprises for users.

A lot of thinking has gone into this but we also want to hear the wishes of the users, so if you have anything you didn't like about the old site or anything you did like about the old site or maybe you have a completely original idea, share it with us.

We want to hear all of your thoughts, positive or negative.

The old lfs-database (note the difference to the 'new LFS Database') will be coming back later in the year with a brand new content system. We are not focusing on taking away your hard-earned one euro to make uploading files easier and neither are we going to have a new lfs community besides that on lfsforum. Our goal will be to offer hosting to all lfs modders and making browsing files easier than it is on lfsforum.

Well, it's obvious they can't overturn the penalty if there was no way by the rules to do it.

What should be done is a rule to allow appeals for canceling penalties.
