1. Assassin's Creed for PS3

4. Help with the payment for a DFP
5. LFS S2 Patch Y
6. Many. Many more zzzzzzz's....
ummmm....S1 costed 12 pounds.... S2 cost another 12 pounds or 24 pounds.... So S3 will cost 36 poundss... Or if you have S2 only another 12....
When u said u will get ur moneys worth...u really arn't.
U can either pay the same amount of money and get S2 now and then S3 when it comes out... Or just wait and play demo for how ever many more years then pay it all at once for S3..
In other words... S1 and S2 both go up by 12 pounds each... I am guessing S3 will be the same.
Yah, In Alberta you can get your learners at 14... then drive with a parent until 16.. Then at 16 you can drive by yourself in the day. Then at 17 or 18? you are a fully licensed driver...
I agree with most of whats been said here... I kind of like and dislike the third party / modding part of this conv.
If ppl start modding then the quality of the game will go down.. BUT, the LFS devs are only three ppl.. They work amazingly hard.. but they are only three ppl.
The other thing I would like to see is the devs giving us more information on the future. Right now the community is in the dark.. We know a x-mas patch is planned with an AI upgrade... but what else.
Even if the devs released new stuff at the same rate, but we know what they are working on, I think it will bring quite a few ppl back to LFS.
What I find helps, is choose one combo.. I find FE Club and XFG are easy. but crowded.
Go online and watch the leader from cockpit view until the end of the race.
Then say "May anyone send me their set for XFG plz?"
Hit "N" until connections pops up then see if anyone has sent u their set (little yellow/green "s" by their name). You have to be on the track driving to see the "s".
Click on the "S" and save the set.
Type "$track" on the CTRA servers and look at what the best laps are for the car u are using.
Go offline and get within 7 - 11 seconds of that. Then go online and remember that you will have to brake A LOT sooner than in singleplayer. Then have fun.
Some ppl say that you can go straight to online, but if you have to clue were the braking points, the correct lines, and turns are, then you will probably cause a crash.
I only ever spend maybe 4 laps offline to learn a combo if I have a decent setup.
It seems that u know how to drift ok... but ur set isn't right...
When u drift it seems like ur front tires are pulling the car back and ur rear tires are too soft.
Go to inferno and download their drift sets... I use the set called "Drift_tommy" somthing. Those sets are really really slippery and loose, u need good throttle control tho, otherwise u spin easily.
U have been playing LFS for 3 years or w/e.... did u ever buy an S2 license? or are u just a demoer? Cause if ur hardrive crashed, you would still be S2 licensed on the forums... and you could re download LFS and unlock it again with ur pass and username....
1. Last year we got a ton of early snow, but the snow insilated the river so it didn't freeze. It was about -15ºC and I was going about 70 km/h, I was about to brake for a corner but I realized there was only snow and water under me. I pinned the throttle head straight towards the 20 foot river bank and all I did was remember watching snowmobile water cross racing. I made the turn and headed straight towards the path off the river. My sled got stuck with the track 1/2 off the river....
2. I was surfing in Tofino, on Vancouver Island, Canada. I was waiting for my wave and a huge huge whale swam right under me and couple other ppl... It was so massive, like 1 and 1/2 school busses long and a lot wider than one. It must of been only 4 feet underr the water. That was the scariest / freakiest moment in my life ever.
Hey there. I don't have photoshop on my PC so I was going to use my mac for making LFS skins. I have virtual PC on my Mac and I downloaded the LFS CMX car viewer....
I unzipped the files, and went to start the car viewer but it said it could not find the right screen mode.
The screen mode I am using is 1024 x 768 (36bit). I then changed it to 16 bit and it still didn't work.
has anyone got the LFS CMX car viewer to work on Virtual PC?
What can I do to make it work on my Mac / Virtual PC?
True.
The problem with multi-class races is that the cars you race have to have certain specs.
If we develop the GTR's or TBO's, then the new cars have to be the same as the old ones.
When the devs release a new car I want it to be different, such as the F40
then after a while they could release a new car again that makes it and the F40 into a new class.
I guess I didn't mean multi-class racing is over rated, I more ment the classes we have now are.
I was just thinking about variety. What would be easier and more fun, have one car from each racing type. Then later building new cars to make new multi-classes. Or focusing on one or two classes and building three cars. The cars may look different but they still have the same power and so on.
My personal opinion is I'd rather have variety over quantity.
10 cars from all different classes rather than 10 cars from 4 different classes.
Weird... suposidly the patch is out for Christmas... so I doubt it will be out this much in advance...
Off topic... About the patch. the AI are getting an overhaul. If they ever get smart enough, maybe even get faster the more they race (to a point). Would ppl ever use AI to populate an unpopulated server? It'd be kind of interesting race with 5 ppl, and 5 AI's...
I don't think we need more cars to add to each class, maybe just one car for the uf1.
We need an F40 or 50. And a muscle car. Just like Zerocool said, multi-class racing is overrated. Best racing comes from single car races. Only exception is the XRG and XFG.
