Starblue: There is a way around it. You could send a clickable button to all the players on track. Maybe "Panic" or "Help" button. When clicked, It sends a message to all admins privatly(MTC).
Good point. Scawen is in a good position, He loves programming, And gets to stay at home with his kids too. Theres a lot of people that would love to be able to do that. I think thats one of the main reasons he done LFS aswell.

A dedicated server is usually used when hosting for a long time. Its a small lightweight client, That just hosts, and thats it.
"The other ones" as you say, Are LFS Full client hosting. Thats where you host a server from the acutal game, And can participate in the race as the host. Basically, if you are only hosting short little busts use full LFS. If the server will be on 24/7, use a dedicated server.

Well, I just went into my server. Joined in RB4, Drove along a bit. I then typed "/pitlane mcgas001". Worked fine. Tried "/pitlane MCGAS001", That works too. "/pitlane McGaS001". That also worked. So, LFS isnt case sensitve even though i thought it was. Means i now have to change some of this program....Great.
Yes, me also. I also thought that RCM messages had to be done by username. Strangly enough(Thanks to DarkTimes) i found out that you can use playername too. I just done a test in LFS and it *appears* its not case sensitive...
hmmm....wtf?, I'll have to do some research. If its wrong and does turn out to be a bug i'll fix it asap.
That may well be so, but LFS and the forum wont accept my username if try "Mcgas001"....
If this is correct, Does that mean there is now enough people to book this event? Im still trying to get the money but having no job doesnt help. That said, As soon as the next £30 floats through my hands its going to Bob.

Best idea IMO, Set a db up on the remote machine. Have it save in there, Update it everytime a status changes. PHP could query a db easy.

Yes, That is not a bug. Its just the way it works. Due to the fact if 2 people had a username that was only different by the case of one letter, It could cause problems.

Excuse me, You use Pythagoras theorem to get the best results. You calcuate there currect X,Y against there last X,Y and then sqrt it. What i also told Nock44 on msn, Although he didnt seem to listen.

The main admin screen, After you type the specified command, You get the screen to close/open pitlane etc etc..How did you get the dark green and the strange orange?
Burnsy: I have to ask this, How did you get that shade of green and orange in LFS? The only colours i know are 0-8.
