When your getting Side by side racing on Tight street circuits you know something is up.
The only problem i have right now is there is too much Talent in the back field cars and not enough in the top cars, once that gets sorted out, the Series will come Alive with proper Championship Battles.
I thought the same before but when you see these half decent F1 drivers coming to the series getting there asses handed to them you think otherwise, the oval based dallara chassis is gone now so the racing has been epic both on Circuits and Ovals you would be surprised, also unlike F1 they have an actual engine war happening with intresting combos.
I have to say the opposite, Im a big F1 fan and have been watching it for many years, and this is my first season watching Indy Seriously(been watching on and off since 2008).
And Im finding the racing Vastly better then F1, because it doesn't feel staged as much, idk but im finding my self being pulled to it more then F1.
This is also the first season of Indy where I can watch an Oval from flag to flag and not fall asleep.
I know this might be early, but considering how well Texas went, I think Las Vegas should be an option again, considering its basically the same track and they have shown interest to stage the event, the new Car has Allowed dramatically different racing on the 1.5s which going by the last race is not only unpredictable, but challenging for drivers as well.
How could Alonso be first if he was overtaken in non DRS zones. Perez had him beat on the main straight before they even got to the DRS zone for example.
Car isn't as much of a factor as it used to be, besides just because the tyres are rubbish doesn't mean its lack of Appeal.
F1 is about strategy just as much as racing and when it comes to strategy this year it allows the midfeild to go for wins, if you expect spec racing material then F1 isn't going to be for you.
Im just going to say this but, Buttons raw pace is being Destroyed by Hamilton this year.
I want Schumacher to get Pole, to keep hope of 7 drivers winning in 7 Races, I don't mind hamilton too but you know hes eventually going to win some races.
Im getting a Feeling Lotus may start to fall back from the front guys from now on, i hope im wrong but apart from Valencia the other races aren't really hot so i don't think they will capitalise in current form.
Very much looking Forward to this, i don't mind if the handling is arcadis as long as its drivable TDU 2 was soo bad i was scared the Open world driving genre would cease to exist.
Forzas handling is good for open world driving with controller so it should be good, also they have a good sound engine even if its exaggerated.
If they can add all the cars from Forza 4 on it this game it will be perfect.
