True boothy, but i like the team atmosphere. Thats why i end up looking for one, and, it is not impossible to be in a team and improve whilst outside of it.

I think personally, and as an admin who re-veiwed the replay, that we should run AS4R for the second test race. It has pleanty of room and would be a good challenge. I shall be out of the hot seat this race and helping to drive / co-ordinate the SC. Maybe with a push or three in the right direction this next race can be a success and a more pleasant learning experiance compared to R0a.

Hello all,

This is just a thread asking for some genuine help with a skin, or rather a thread looking for someone to make a very proffesional skin for a team going, or hoping to enter into the OWRL F1 leauge, The team name sorta depicts what i want for the skin, a flag orientated skin with the norweigan and english flag on opposiste sides to the cars with a number of well placed sponsors both real and fictional on the cars. One idea would be to follow the 1999 BAR F1 cars design path with splitting the flags... also, two skins will be needed, with seperate numbers and names. The first would be #06 J.Teien and the second #16 O.Hardwick. You shouldnt need to much imagination to figure out where names and numbers go, and there is really no direction to go in sponsor wise... and anyway, follow the 1999 BAR as an example and see if you can do something similar to that using the two flags and yellow, black and white as a basic colour scheme.

thanks all for reading,

I hope someone takes on the challenge,

Oscar.

Well... nice to see the rants have started ... Now for mine... RAWR!!! I so hope my hotlap from qualifying is enough to get into the actual race. Get 4th on the grid and then go to all but 2 or 3 at the back in T1 after me and some others tried to put 3 cars into 2 spaces... being on the outside meant i got knocked up the track and made contact with the wall. When i pitted on lap 2 of racing i forgot to setup my pitstop, and repaired damage and changed tyres :| lost a lap to the leader, got a caution, i was gonna be next to take back a lap... mis-shifted, caution, not first lapped car again, that happened twice before i took a lap back... worked my way back up the grid and just as things were looking good, COMING OFF OF T2 with LOADS OF ROOM, moroz and antika (i think) hit each other, i fail to slow down quickly enough, lag hit right across the track and bam... wall spaz... roll... DNF... what an unlucky fail of a race, i hope the 250, if i race at all... goes alot better.

Hello peeps,

This is a thread simply to either introduce you to or to get you talking about the fabulous little string instrument that is the ukulele.

An introduction : (sourced from wikipedia, so some mistakes are definate)
The ukulele, (pronounced /ˌjuːkəˈleɪliː/ YOO-kə-LAY-lee, from Hawaiian: ʻukulele [ˈʔukuˈlele]; variantly spelled ukelele in the UK), sometimes abbreviated to uke, is a chordophone classified as a plucked lute; it is a subset of the guitar family of instruments, generally with four nylon or gut strings or four courses of strings.[1]
The ukulele originated in the 19th century as a Hawaiian interpretation of a small guitar-like instrument brought to Hawaiʻi by Portuguese immigrants.[2] It gained great popularity elsewhere in the United States during the early 20th century, and from there spread internationally.
Tone and volume of the instrument vary with size and construction. Ukuleles commonly come in four sizes: soprano, concert, tenor, and baritone.

For those of you already knowing of what a ukulele is this is simply a thread to have a chat about the instrument in. I myself am a amateur to string instruments but this has to be my favorite... I currently have a Concert Eleuke ukulele and am planning on buying a few more soon.

Discuss.

how many drivers do we need for this race? is it the same 2 needed for 2 hour events?

Do we need to confirm our full season car choice before the event or use it as testing to make that decision?

Will there be a mandatory safety car to test all procedures?
