ah, this was happening to me last night but i was joining (what it said) 1.7.2.4 servers but each time i logged back in i spawned at the coast!

its all updated now tho, six launcher updated it for me.

yea, i noticed

when i relaunched dayz commander it had already updated it so ive just left it, seems to be working tho

for the last two times ive logged into a server ive started back at the coast both times! lol annoying! i still have all my gear but its annoying.

I also just got banned for hacking which shocked me as i was just running down a street near the hospital in Elektro.

Never mind. lol

if you watch the vid i posted with the F1 car there is almost no steering lag.

actually after watching it again, there is lag but it doesnt look as bad as the other videos.

can someone quickly explain the deal with the ARMA 2 version numbers and how it effects servers i want to join.

Arma - 1.62.95883
DayZ - 1.7.2.4

what i have noticed so far is that when i join a server which isn't a 95883 or 95885 it takes FOREVER! to join a server.

i notice on the server list through Dayzcommader 48% of servers are running 95885 so i didnt want to upgrade to the latest 96061/63 version if i cant join older version servers.

what ever you do dont crash in a tractor.!!

Twice now i have died, first time was hitting a washing machine in the road at full speed, second was hitting a tree at 2mph! luckily i was near the barn above cherno so i could get my gear back with relative ease.

Looks alright dont like the steering wheel lag tho. Its the kind of thing you would expect from a console.

Its happened to me before, i think i was at a military base and a military zombie knocked me over and i though id died but i just got back up after a couple mins and then i kept going inconsious every minute or so, i started to climb a ladder and fell unconsious and hit the floor and broke my legs haha. Then zombies ate me

3 of my mates got hack killed today

We snook north into stary sobar at night for easy looting, luckily and by pure fluke i had artifacts all over my screen so i had to log out and it at that moment somone approached them on voice coms, we didnt shoot for once and they got shot at so 1 unoaded a full m4a1 clip into him and the other 2/3 lee enfield rounds and then he dissapeared..

The last of my buddies went to flank them as soon as he heard just incase something kicked off and it was the voice oc the same person very loud and close saying 'can you see me?' ill fire a shot and when he did spoke appeared out of thin air just in front, at that point he was killed.

Had a look on youtube and many videos show people invisible unable to be killed with -16,000 health.

Its a shame really as ive no problems getting killed by a better player than myself but to be killed by hackers after all that time put into getting gear is just a bit gutting..

Hopefully we wont run into this sort of play again but you can never avoid them forever.

how can i identify vehicles that can be repaired? can you find vehicles ready to roll?

What a night!!

we started off near the airbase at the top of the map, there were 3 of us and we came across 2 guys running north along the airfield in some trees, they looked handy so we opened fire (well i didnt because i didnt see shit lol) anyway, one went down and the other got away. we went off after him and i have to give it to the guy.. he managed to take us out 1 by one propper covert style. lol AMAZING!

so we died, boo .. we decided we should head to kos because another mate had turned up and we was going to meet him. well we all met up 5 of us in total and was hanging around Cherno and one of our guys was up in the tower near the hospital as we was going to raid the hospital and log off..

well.. all we get is ''there are 4 guys coming into cherno.. they are packed with night vision!'' he managed to take down 3! of them and they didnt even know what was going on.. then we managed to get the last one..

all 5 of us now had night vision with some nice weapons.

very very good night

well i went up the the airfield tonight in search of some loot, only 3 players on the server 2 of them were with me so it was fairly safe.

anyway, checked through every building and there was hardly anything exciting there, a couple AKM's, shotgun, M4A1, AK74-U, a shit loads of chem lights and the odd bit of ammo. (i think i got 2 extra clips for my AKM)

i was hoping for an abundance of night vision goggles .

i did however stumble onto a heli crash site and i got 2 FAL's one with a night vision scope and a M14 with a red dot, but really they were useless.

going to try go back tomorrow and see if there is anything else exciting.

which car?

in a way it probably makes the game a tad safer for players knowing that if they go around with full health then chances are that if someone does shoot then they are not going to die instantly and they get a change to run away.
