the internals (rods) wont take more than 270, if i uprate the rods i can get about 300ish bhp. but i think im going to do that next year

the car weighs in at about 840kg so its power to weight should be pretty decent.

you can lower a vx220 so the body is touching the ground if you really wanted to, but it isnt ideal for handling purposes, mine is lowered 110mm front and 120mm rear (distance from floor to bottom of chassis) this is really the minimum you can go without compromising the handling.

im not familiar with the blue one you speak of, hes not shown his face on the owners forum yet anyway.

im expecting about 265bhp once the limiter is raised and fueling sorted.

your correct about the turbo vents, they only come on the turbo version over here also, but i needed them for ventilation and my induction kit is sat in one. seems to work out quite well now.

little update on my car,

supercharger is now in and running, im going to the garage on friday to get it mapped propperly which is moving the limiter higher up and sortig the fueling out.

all in £1305 but i got it for £1300 with free next day before 10am delivery

still havent found a local graphics card, so can everyone put there feelers out..

a single GTX260 is about £160.
another 8800GT is about £100 (top end)

the performance of the SLi'd 8800GT's out perform the 260 by i would say 30%

as i understand it you really need to SLi 2 of the same GPU's for best performance..

so for instance i could sli a xfx 8800gt and a bfg 8800gt perfectly.. but i cant sli a 8800gt and 9800gt.

yea, ive contacted the seller regarding that one.

i want to try get one from the UK first, and if i cant ill resort to overseas.

atm i use a corsair h50 watercooled system, ive seen the same system with that cooler running at 29 degrees on idle.

regarding the 8800, if i cant find one soon ill just get a gtx295.

leprekaun - i have had horrible experiences with ATI cards, driver problems mainly, and games pausing and not responding, my friends who swore by ATI also started to suffer from the same problems and we switched to nvidia and never had the problems ever again..

so unfortunatly, im scarred for life, i wont buy another ATI aslong as nvidia is producing cards.

well i have just been looking hard at intel cpus and ive come across this.

but im looking at a new 32" tele in full HD so 1980x1024.

ive always been an AMD fan, but im having difficulty choosing what to buy.
