kunos edited it so you couldnt cut it like that, i think they did it in patch 0.4 so after this video was uploaded.

i agree, hotlap mode should have things like weather and tyres locked. it just makes things fair for everyone then.

a long and tedious way of getting it about right and overlaying the screen shot over an original preview pic (use 50% optacity for ease) then move the car in game until it lines up correctly over the preview..

best i did it in was 5 moves.

i did some skinning of the F40, My first propper skin, took me 5 hours! time passes so fast.

Here is the skin in the preview (preview is matched identically to the standard ones) also it has a correct livery icon, i had to make some of the logos from scratch as well, probably what took the time.

I played a while online last night... I think its rubbish..

The faster the cars go the worse they get, i tuned up a gt86 on racing softs and it was trying to tip over in corners.. The camera shake is shocking, the ffb is crap.. There is a heavy damped feel where everything you do feels like its lagging behind, when you loose the rear end the wheel doesnt feel no different and you just start over correcting..

I wouldnt bother getting it in hindsight.

i wouldnt say its the worst ever... the driving physics do feel better than gt5, but imo just looks terrible.. maybe they should of got rid of the leaves, animated bodies around the tracks etc and make it look better..

also what the actual f*** is that cockpit shake! its completely un-drivable!
