It would n't have been suspicious if you got a 107.89 (broke WR) with a clean lap, but you got it in spite of bumping into two guys at last corner, that's too good to be true.
Well if I press F, I observe that he is using road normal instead of hybrid. That could explain his good performance in last turn when he gets back to road, but I am not sure if he can be that fast in dirt with road_normal tyres, so may be like Masterboy says it may be tarmac mod and that's why he is using road_normal instead of hybrid or knobbly. I think him using road_normal is a giveaway, he could have been more discreet and used hybrid so that there was no blatant proof :P And oh btw he is 0.07 seconds faster than the BL2/XFG Hotlap WR in spite of bumping into two cars at last turn Lol! so must be mod!
When I read the title, I thought you were asking advice to improve racing technique etc. I did watch dido_crash.mpr. It seems to be a racing incident. One could dissect rules and say that emre had overlap so dido had to concede, then again one could say that emre did not give enough room to dido. Pretty close racing till then and it could have been avoided if both of you were more cautious and aware of each other. If the intention of this post is to complain, ban/unban etc, then please contact the server admin.
I am assuming /fcv=yes disables racing line display?
Man! embarrassing for me but I never knew racing line will adjust itself for restrictions. I thought with restrictions, we have to figure out, and I never noticed the decrease in braking distance in racing line when restriction is on because I brake much later anyway. This is awesome, though I might have been using this unaware of it. Also it seems to work fine for me, when I change between restricted and/or unrestricted same and different cars, the racing line is getting adjusted correctly, as expected. Note: I am doing all this in the same race. Did not restart though.
We have an issue, suddenly races won't auto restart and when we manually restart, the chat area is bombarded with "HOST: KICKED FOR SECURITY" Any help will be appreciated
Interesting, similar birds eye view, though driving experience will surely differ due to the different direction, gradient, corner radius, and corner entry speed. Come to think of there is a slight resemblance between Westhill and Kyalami
Hey even now we can drive in the part shown in the second picture, we have to cram our car into the gap between fence and mountain, then we can go to the lawn outside that house but ya should make that open accessible road
