Just setting "Allow guests to select tracks" when starting your new host should solve this purpose if I am right.

If the problem you are having is over sensitivity of steering, try this:

Since you have a 180 deg wheel and the in game cars have higher degrees of rotation, your wheel movements will be exaggerated in the game.

You can try this, set your "wheel turn" in Options->Control to say "120" degrees. Then set wheel turn compensation to "1". Then you will get some linearity in the first 120 degrees of turning, but after that it will accelerate and max out the in game sterring when you hit your 180 deg lock.

The only other way to get absolute 1:1: linearity through out the rotations is to get a wheel with say 720 / 900 degrees of rotation.

wondering if I can make the other drivers in single player mode slower so she does not feel so inept ( same for me to tell you the honest truth)

regards

In the same page you add the AI's, you can select the AI "Skill Level" varying from "Beginner' to "Pro"

But even the "Pro" AI will be much slower than real life racers, but it is decent for beginners.

In Multiplayer->Star New Host, you can provide the host name, and this will be the hostname visible to connecting users, so they need not use IP to connect to your host.

Hi,

I use the latest LFS release and have an S2 license. And In single player race as well multiplayer race mode, I used to get the racer name hovering on top of the cars in a race. But from yesterday, I don't find those names. So I have no way of knowing which racer is driving a particular car in a race. Is there any setting I need to change? I could not find any,
