Quote from BlueFlame :No, the car was based without KERS in mind. Their KERS system if they ever impliment one, will only be for one lap as a battery that doesn't recharge from what they keep saying.

Huh? KERS was used in practice but was unreliable so they did not use it for the race. The only people saying it was a short term kers or "start kers" were just speculators.

To me it looks like the corners are there to make the lap a little longer. Nothing all that interesting.

Shame the video stopped. Enjoy watching your races and this one would have been the best to watch.

Quote from 5haz :Bad music is nothing new

She dosen't look like a slut, but then I'm from Essex so my idea of a slut is probrably a bit off.

Hey i know that song. Pretty sure was used on a rather popular tv commercial back in the 90s.

One of the stages was over 20 minutes long.

It's a shit game now but it was addicting!

Quote from RenvoN :It doesn't change the fact that we may think it's medium when it's hard and vice versa

How are you going to think that when you know beforehand what tyres they are using and the commentators will tell you as well

Quote from Takumi_lfs :I hate chrome, when I want to see my mailbox through MSN messenger I always have to relogin at hotmail again. IE just opens the inbox for you and all.

I can't actually tell if your trying to be funny or if your being dead serious.

Quote from michele0676 :Before speak like a children, ask informations, NOOB.

That was speed day days. NOT RACE DAYS.

Your on a track driving your car at its limit. You need a helmet noob.

Monza would be a great place to wear your brakes out.

For the price range i'm looking at it seems the Specialized Hardrock is the best bike available to me.

Any recommendations for a decent yet low cost MTB? Perhaps one that is good base for upgrading.

Just took my bike out to the local MTB track for the first time and i think i will kill it if i keep riding it there.

I realise "MTB" covers a lot of different types of bikes but just looking for any suggestions so i can do some research.

(i research a lot before throwing my cash at someone)

So far i have found these bikes that interest me:
2011 GT Avalanche 2 or 3
2006 Mongoose Amasa Comp.
2011 Marin Bolinas Ridge

Quote from KWAK7 :Hey WOZ and everyone else, I live in CHCH, in St Martins. We are so lucky, I was at work in rolleston just out of chch and felt the 6.3, we thought it was near the original fault line, but it wasn't till a work mate rang her sister and to hear she was trapped in a building did it struck us that it was near the city and had caused massive damage.

My partner works in Westfield Riccarton Mall, which is our largest two storey shopping mall, greatful that she got out fine. I'm 29 years old and have never been so scared in my life! heading back into town and seeing smoke from the city centre rising on the horizon, driving for 3hr's the same distance on a normal day at the same time it would take 20min's!

As I said at the top I was lucky, we had no real damage to the house that we can see and only lost all our pantry contents. Floor speakers fell over and damaged the wall and cat disappeared for a few days. ( just had shake then! )

Friends and workmates lost family in friends, it is still very scary for us all. I know floods can be just as deadly, but you can see a flood come and go, earthquakes you can not!

Good to hear you and your family are all good

Sheen is a total nutjob. The fact he manages to portray a somewhat sane person in 2 and a half men shows what a talented actor he is!

So the gears on my bike weren't exactly changing smoothly. Then as i rode past a bicycle shop the chain on the fell off so i was like **** this and took it in to get it sorted. $30 NZD later and they replaced a cable (which was only replaced a few months ago and had seen pretty much no use since then) and 'tuned' the gears. Is a little better but still takes a couple of presses to move the chain onto the big wheel at the front. And my right grip has gone all soft and spongy like it was put under high heat. Not entirely happy.
