The F9-F10 menu g-force meters have changed, before W9, they were in the center of the screen and very easy to glance at, now they are on the right hand side next to the tire temps. Or atleast make them on the side of each other, insted of one on top of the other.

i was looking around ebay, and found this. They dont ship to canada but they do to europe. And the price as of now is pretty low for what you get.

giving me ideas... an old joystick i have kicking around is adjustable, so i can make it center at the top, not in the middle. i can change the strength too, i should try and set it up.

Control comes with practice. This is useless to you, as you dont have the track you need. You save the lyt file in the layout folder located in the data file in you lfs folder.

Or a detachable rig. Something you can roll away from the front of your desk, and replace with another chair. have the chair setup with the wheel and whatever else you have on it, so when you move it, there is nothing racing left infront of your computer.

How about you build a rig on the side of a desk. So when you want to race, you sit on the side of the desk. When you want to shot people, sit to the desk and move the monitor. If you set it up right, you could just have to turn the monitor. See pic. As you can tell, you paint skillz are amazing. You can see in the pic the basic idea. Chair for racing on the side of desk, with wheel and pedals, shifter. Then you just move to the other chair to pwn some n00bs.
Maybe yyou can pick something out of the pic.

I dont know if this is a universal problem, with just the g25, or just me. But when i turn up the forcefeedback in lfs, put my foot on the brake, and turn the wheel about 2 inches, let go the wheel bounces like nuts! Its goes back and forth about 4-6 times a second about 45 degrees both ways. Its very annoying. I wish this wouldnt happen! Is there a way i can change this? I like to have ffb on high because a real car going 230 over bumps will rattle you too. Any setting i can change? Or is this a live for speed thing?

I was having similar problems on a similar laptop, do you have an acer? UPDATE THE DRIVERS AND BIOS RIGHT NOW! If you dont have an acer, UPDATE ANYWAYS! Always the best idea. With the acer drivers that came on my laptop, it was saying i had a 200m insted of the x1000, which is a step down, if a small one, and the performance is much better now, I can even get aa and af on it!

Im GPU limited. I get around 100 fps with 8xaa and 16x af with the 7600gt oc, but my cpu only goes to ~40 percent max while playing any game. Some games dont even do that (quake 3). If your computer isnt getting good framerates, make sure you have latest drivers, turn mip bias to 0.0, do NOT draw sky, have a low res, but preferibly native resolution for lcds. IMO its better to have lower details and a native resolution on lcd's then to have lower resolution and higher details. If your still not getting good frame rates or a playable 30 fps, get a new computer!

its not a code as such, unless you buy a voucher. Just a second password you will have to make. You have the game password and the web password. You will get an email telling you the payment is complete, and you can go to the live for speed website and make you game password. Im currently in the process of selling both of my monitors on ebay, one just sold, My 70gx2-bk is still there, if you want it... And was wondering what the best 22 inch lcd monitor is. I was looking at the 226bw from samsung, and think thats what im going to be getting. Anyone have this monitor, or a better one?

Its probably still in development, like the sound editor was... I guess this was probably to be documented in the next incompatible patch updates, when more work is done to the tire modeling.

Take a look at the skin, On the nose, top right hand corner, do you have black put on the sides of the nose? Because that is the part of the skin that does the front, of the back fenders. If you have it colored black, thats why.

I kind of smashed the remote belonging to my z-5300e's and was wondering if anyone here knew where to get one. Without it my speakers wont work, but they are in perfect conditio. What do i do?

IMO dell is too expensive, this may be where i live in canada, but i saw a dell that offered a 7600gt in the bundle, it was a little pricy, but not too bad. If you wanted to upgrade to the 7800gt, you had to pay 400 dollars. At the time, thats what they sold for, seems reasonable, until you remember you have already paid for the 7600gt in the cost of the bundle, now have to pay for a second video card, and dont get your money back or keep the 7600gt. Sneaky in my opinion. I will never buy something from them, NCIX.com for canada! i bought my pc there in peices, and was very cheap even with shipping!

seems like a good enough reason to stick to s2 servers for me . It is pretty scary though, could it be some kind of a license hack, where he stole your lisence or something, in that case i would be upset. Hopefully get gets the replay, if it is how he describes, i think he should send it to Scawen.

Its hard to get used to, but when you do its pretty cool. The details really pop out in really high res. i somettimes bang into things i normally wouldnt. The sides of the monitors dont make a blind spot, but in your mind you are thinking they do, so you compinsate for a blindspot when there is none, which often leads to a crash. For some reason, i find it harder to brake before sharp turns.

... To make the cars fit on the screen. OR have them moved down a bit, so it fits on the screen. There is quite a bit of space under the car. Even if its going under the button for the car name and garage would be fine.

when i have both of my monitors set-uo this happens. I dont know if this is supposed to be right, but it happens with the player model aswell. I guess it has something to do with how lfs changes car/player sizes with different resolutions. Maybe there should be a max size for cars implemented for very wide resolutions?
