Track: Kyoto Ring National Reverse (KY2R)

Mandatory pit stops: 4
80% limit: (minimum lap amount to get classified): 33 laps

Race type: Race has special regulations:

Pitlane is open only on laps 5-17 and 22-35. It doesn't matter, that if you pit four times on laps 5-17 or you pit twice on laps 5-7 and 22-35. As long as you pit at least four times when pitlane is open, you don't have anything to worry about.

Race starts in a formation session. Speed limit in formation session is 80km/h (or 50mph). At 20:00-20:02 (UTC+3), drivers drive in single-file formation. Warming tires during this is allowed. At 20:02 (again, time is in UTC+3), drivers will go to double-file formation. Warming tires from now on is prohibited. At 20:03 (UTC+3), race begins.

Instructions will be displayed in chat as race messages. I have scheduled commands that at 20:00, instructions related to formation session and single-file appear. Then, at 20:02, instructions making a double-file formation appear. And finally, at 20:03, will be displayed message Green Flag! (or something like that).

Those drivers who don't follow the rules in formation session will be kicked.

If necessary, yellow and red flags may be used. If red flag is shown, race will be stopped either temporarily or permanently. Drivers must follow instructions/orders from admins. Drivers may also be forced to use the same speed that they used in Formation session if necessary.

Point system is different than it normally is:
1st place: 25 points
2nd place: 20 points
3rd place: 15 points
4th place: 10 points
5th place: 8 points
6th place: 4 points
7th place: 2 points
8th place: 1 point

- 20:02: Formation session in Single-file formation changes to Double-file formation

Race length: 4 hours

75% limit: (minimum lap amount to get classified): 75% of the race winner's lap amount

Race type: Race has many special regulations. First of all, only AI-drivers are allowed to participate. Secondly, server will be protected with password for whole event. Also, for all drivers, one AI-driver has to use FXO GTR (FXR), another must use XR GTR (XRR) and third one must use FZ50 GTR (FZR) during event. This is possible because maximum amount of AI-drivers per guest on server is 3.

Wind speed in both qualifying and race is 20-24km/h.

Point system for the event is:
1st place: 50 points
2nd place: 40 points
3rd place: 30 points
4th place: 20 points
5th place: 16 points

7th place: 8 points
8th place: 6 points
9th place: 4 points
10th place: 2 point
Pole position: 4 points
Fastest lap: 4 points
Highest climber: 4 points

Minimum license: S2

Schedule (all times are in UTC+3):

- 14:40: Server will be password protected

- 14:45: Qualifying begins and lasts 2 hours. It is divided into 4 parts which each lasts 15 minutes. For first 30 minutes, only FXO GTR's are allowed to drive, for the next 30 minutes, only XR GTR's are allowed to drive. After that, FZ50 GTR's are allowed to drive for the next 30 minutes and for the final 30 minutes, all three GTR-cars are allowed to drive.

Because AI-drivers extremely likely will return to the pitlane when they're on lap 4 during qualifying, you can return them back on track by two ways:
If you're Admin: Use command /pitlane [AI-driver's name] or

If you're Admin or Guest: Use command /spec [AI-driver's name] and then command /ai [AI-driver's name]. Just make sure, that when you're typing AI-driver's name when typing /ai-command, you have to make sure, that you type it using exact same colors that it has in his/her name.

AI-driver who gets a pole position earns 4 points.

- 16:45: Qualifying ends and Warm-up/Briefing begins. During this session, make sure that you have your AI's on track and they're using right setups.

- 17:00: Warm-Up/Briefing ends and Race begins. Race lasts 4 hours. If you want your AI-driver to make pitstop on certain lap, do this:
- If you're admin: Assign a Stop 'n' Go-penalty for that AI-driver by command /p_sg [AI-driver's name] before it starts it's last sector of the lap. During last sector, before (s)he goes into pitlane, clear that penalty by command /p_clear [AI-driver's name].

- If you're guest: Ask me to give a penalty for your AI-driver as assigning penalties even for own AI-drivers is only possible for admins. Please inform me, that which AI-driver you want to go into pitlane and on which lap.

There is also possibility to give Drive-Through-penalty for your own AI-driver, if you have a faster AI-driver behind him/her. If you want your AI-driver to go into pitlane, but not for pitstop, you need to do pretty much the same thing that you do, when you want your AI-driver to make a pitstop on certain lap via Stop 'n' Go-penalty. There are two differences though:
1) You don't need to remove/clear that penalty on last sector (clearing that penalty - as long as that AI-driver is on it's last sector of the lap - does not make any harm though)
2) If you're admin: you need to type /p_dt [AI-driver's name] to assign Drive-Through-penalty instead of typing /p_sg [AI-driver's name].

- 21:00: Race ends. Driver who gets fastest lap and drives at least 75% of the race winner's lap amount will get four points. Also, that driver who is highest climber also gets four points, provided that driver finishes race.

Race length: approximately 150 laps.

Pitlane is open on every lap, with the exception of the very first and very last lap. However, every driver must refuel at least twice.

2nd place: 20 points
3rd place: 15 points

List of TeamSpeak 3 Channels used for Events
tankslacno

Hi,

Sport Racing Team Finland finally has a TeamSpeak 3-channel. But it has not one, not two, not three, but six freaking TeamSpeak 3-channels!

To join in one of these channels, you need to join in this TeamSpeak 3-server: StFin.fi (ts3server://StFin.fi is a URL, copy this if you want to join in this server via browser - provided that you have TeamSpeak 3 installed in your computer)

After that, you notice a channel which is called Sport Racing Team Finland, it has five sub-channels: Finnish, English, Event Channel, SRT's Members and Traceur's GameNest. Each channel has a description to inform the purpose for that specific channel. I have posted these in here:

Sport Racing Team Finland:
Main channel, but I advise you to don't be in here since you can't actually speak at all. You need to switch in one of the sub-channels instead. This channel however is public for everyone.

Finnish:
If you can speak Finnish, you may switch into this channel. This channel is public for everyone.

English:
If you can speak English, you may switch into this channel. This channel is public for everyone.

Event Channel:
This channel is meant for racing with significantly lower risk of getting distracted. You can use this channel during events as well. This channel is protected with password and if you want to find out that password, you need to join in Sport Racing Team Finland's LFS-server and then type command !ts3. With that, you will see password for this channel.

SRT's Members:
This channel is only for members of Sport Racing Team Finland, admins of this TeamSpeak 3-server and people invited to this channel. This channel is protected with password.

Traceur's GameNest:
This channel is only for me (Traceur), admins of this TeamSpeak 3-server and people invited to this channel. In other words, if you want to join in this channel, you need to be get invited either by me or admin of this TeamSpeak 3-server. This channel is meant to discuss about things which are not suppose to reveal for people. Obviously, this channel is protected with password.

So, if you want to drive and talk at the same time, I advise you to join in either Event Channel (after you have found out that what is the password for that channel) or English-channel (or Finnish-channel if you speak Finnish).
June 11: Sunday: Formula-series: 2nd season: 7th race

7th race of the 2nd season of Formula-series will be held on June 11, 2017!

Details of the race:

Track: Fern Bay Gold (FE3)
Cars: FJR (FJR)
Race length: 19 laps in first race, 37 in second
Mandatory pit stops: 0 in both races
90% limit: (minimum lap amount to get classified): 17 laps in first race, 33 in second

FJR is Formula V8 (FO8) with 20% intake restriction and 70 kg of added mass.

Because real Formula One-race will be driven at quite same time, when this race would normally be held, we will make this event to happen two hours earlier. This means that qualifying begins at 16:50 (UTC+3) instead of 18:00 (UTC+3) and first/sprint race will be held at 18:00 (UTC+3) instead of 20:00 (UTC+3).

Race type: Race has special regulations and AI-drivers may participate alongside human drivers.

In event, every driver can make a choice between driving him/herself or putting two AI-drivers on track instead. In the first option, driver can't put any AI-drivers while on second option, driver who puts AI-drivers cannot drive itself.

Qualifying lasts one hour. In qualifying, you may drive only 12 laps. You can drive more than 12 laps, but only your first 12 laps will count. That lap which you're driving immediately after leaving pits (= your first lap) does not count towards this lap amount. During Warm-Up/Briefing, I will take a look into qualifying results and look if anyone drove more than 12 laps. In case somebody drove more than 12 laps and his/her best lap during qualifying has been driven after his/her 12th lap, he/she will be moved into corresponding position on starting grid (that position, which he/she would have achieved in his/her best lap by his/her first 12 laps).

Starting order will be determined:
- In first/sprint race: by qualifying results
- In second/main/feature race: by first/sprint race results being reversed. This means that the one who finished last in sprint race will start first in feature race and that driver, who finished first in sprint race will start last.

Points will be scored as following:
In sprint race:
1st place: 15 points
2nd place: 12 points
3rd place: 10 points
4th place: 8 points
5th place: 6 points
6th place: 4 points
7th place: 2 points
8th place: 1 point
9th-> place: 0 points
Pole position: 4 points
Fastest lap: 2 points

In feature race:
1st place: 25 points
2nd place: 18 points
3rd place: 15 points
4th place: 12 points
5th place: 10 points
6th place: 8 points
7th place: 6 points
8th place: 4 points
9th place: 2 points
10th place: 1 point
11th-> place: 0 points
Fastest lap: 2 points

Minimum license: S2

Schedule (all times are in UTC+3):

- 16:45: if only AI-drivers participate, server will be protected by password
- 16:50: Qualifying begins
- 17:50: Qualifying ends and Warm-up/Briefing begins.
- 18:00: Warm-Up/Briefing ends and Sprint race begins
- After Sprint Race has ended, there will be a 5 minute break
- After that break, Feature race begins
- Event ends after feature race has ended

Race length:
- Sprint race: approximately 20 minutes.
- Feature race: approximately 45 minutes
