Are you trying to download highres skins without having money on your account? Select 512 for cars and 256 for helmets and it should work.
FO8 ignition cut/shifting up
I suppose it should be possible to shift up while in full throttle with a car that has ignition cut? It seems that the FO8 however doesn't want to shift up when you're higher in the rev range (yellow or close to limiter) even if I lift off completely. Don't know if restrictions have anything to do with it or not, but this happened on the CTRA singleseater2 server. Tested it on single player also.

Heavy stretching on the sides though? Fix that and those will be much better.
Shadow layer looks ok, but you need to compensate for stretching with the logos. The front part of the hood is white too which looks odd.
Where did you get that idea? I'm using Photoshop.
@Schwantz, try to make a design first and once you've nailed that you may try to enhance it with effects and/or filters. None of which makes a good skin on it's own.

have you asked the creator of that skin if it's ok to convert it?
next time just ask BEFORE you do it.
