jordan's day goes from bad to worse, not only two (ex) drivers but now a current team owner all talking when it obviously should be him talking for the full hour
im sure he isn't but why is it when you watch jordan moving his head round he looks like the guy in the pub thats had a bit too much and isn't quite up to speed with the conversation?
as i said in my 2nd edit id be a useless steward, i thought kovi had hit him but then changed my mind when i replayed it only for rubens to say he had been hit
looks like being really interesting this weekend. my biggest worry is reliability for some teams. brawn have had to rejig their car for an engine and transmission it wasn't designed for so i wouldn't be surprised if stupid things like fluid or electrical connections fail on them. red bull appears to have a few problems judging by vittel's practice sessions which makes you wonder if it's going to be another case of newey concentrating on performance and tight packaging over practicality. also if the soft tyres do go off as quick as it appears then we could see some really wild drives on them when they grain. add in the fact that at 2/3rds distance the air and track temps will probably be like they were for the last 1/2 hour of the second practice and you potentially have the recipe for an action packed last part of the race.
no reason why it should be boring, the power may be more peaky but the cars will be more powerfull than the works escorts, fiats or porsches of the 70s and most of the stratoses (strati ? where's tris when you need him?). the kit cars of peugeot and renault were some of the most spectacular things to watch in their time just because of the commitment of the drivers and the noise. as long as they ensure the tyres are a sensible size so that grip is at a premium most people won't be able to tell how fast they are to compared to the current WRC cars, if you can watch some of the modified tarmac cars in irish rallying, they certainly are not boring after all if you are really bothered about power remember that WRC cars are guttless compared to some of the group B cars
go on, just one months subscription, it wouldn't mean you had to do another would it ? after all, it's just a recreational thing and it's not like you couldn't stop whenever you want to, you can control it and you wont get hooked and end up spending more and more on just another month, another track or another car
