If you can land and/or do the basic things, you´re not allowed to fly in the network we are using; VATSIM. Also u must be over 13yrs old. So that means that you can´t join, you got to know the basic things.

You get a certain amount of money from the profit that the flight brings to the company. You can´t buy anything with it, at least yet. This have been discussed about on the forums and it´s still a bit open.

I thought that as this is a pretty serious sim (LFS), maybe there is flight sim flyers in the community. I´m representing new virtual airlines called XL Airways Virtual. If you dont know what this "VA" is, here it comes. VA is a airlines company that exists only in internet. It´s trying to simulate the real world companys as far as possible. Without hard training and all the expences, as this is a hobby, it´s free and anyone who can fly from destination to another, can join. The flights are flown in Microsoft flight simulator 2004 or X.
XL is a real world airlines company that operated from UK to leisure destinations to southern europe and USA. The airline sadly went into administration on 12th of september 2008. It was due to the raised expences in fuel and thousands of passengers were stranded all over the globe. They got return flights to home from another airliners.
Now the XL is here again. We are respecting XL by having all the same paintings on our planes, same routes and the same planes that XL used to have. The fleet contains planes for short distance routes; Boeing 737-800.s and 737-900ER.s For longer distances we have Boeing 767-200ER.s, 767-300.s and Airbus a330-200.s
The whole flying and submitting the flights is very simple, so don´t be afraid. Just fill in the application and you´ll become a real XL Virtual Airways pilot!

In a real car when u just slam the gearstick to another gear without clutch, u have to go up and down with the revs to make it go in. Before that, it just makes a bad sound that hurts any car lovers ears

And I don´t see any reason why some people say that the LFS clutch overheats too quickly. First of all, in about 95% of all the gear ratios, the 1st gear is way longer than in real life, for faster starts obviously. The stress for the clutch in situeations where u try to shift as fast as possible with double the revs in a racing condition, than IRL, is pretty big. And last but not least, when u race in, lets say, South city u have a bunch of other things to think and concentrate at, than shifting. Then u might have the clutch-gear change timing a bit messed up and that can also eat the clutch.

I just hate to fight with big companys when they screw something up. Call to the customer service and u have to first be in the que for 30mins, then a monotonic female voice redirects u to somewhere else and eventually nothing happens
And the call costs like 1€ per minute..

Dont know about the skin, looks a bit low res, but I like the headlights. Anything new in the interior?

Chrisuu isn´t that Blackout´s scrnshot. I remember seeing it on the edited pics.. Can u use it?

Host list says that all the servers are wrong version. This started to happen just about 5mins ago. Before that there were 1-2 wrong version hosts occasionally, but nothing bigger ever

I just drove a fast lap on the FZR at as5 and I got avg. 4% for 1 lap, so It´s right. I also drove very slowly and tried to save fuel.. got 1.1 per lap.
i´m not worried of the so called "global warming" in real world, so why would I care about it in LFS world

I don´t know about the CTRA, but the other things really makes the S2 worth of buying.

And what comes to the demo server crashing, when I was a demo racer I often just pulled to the side of the road at the start, slowed down so everyone went past. Then 97% of them had crashed in the first turn and you´ll end up finishing in top 3, among with some lucky survivors.
As some1 said before ZION is pretty good for a demo sever, and there was some german one i cant remember.

The cars were better (except for graphics) in the early stages. XFG was more powerful, XRT had 2 exhausts, FXO had wing and bodykit and then there was the mighty LX8 for some time.
But no way I would switch the current patch to some old one

HEh I really enjoyed watching that video. Didn´t get bored at any time. Great piece of history there, I think it was good that the messages was there. Nice to see Scawen driving on a server too. I´ve seen him on server once, when patch X test patches started to come out, I think. I was on the blackwood straight with XFG and he rear-ended me with a BF1 That was cool

Lets just keep the rims as they are. There´s more important things to worry about than the FXR rims. Scawen, Victor and Eric sure have their hands filled with work, solving the bugs and getting the Scirocco finished.
But if the time was better, then the rims would be cool.

I didn´t mean to rush you. I can see that you can get that feeling from my post.

Now fix the issues with the cars, LX4 has that numberplate bug and when u put the roof on and turn the wheel, the drivers arm comes trough the side. Also in XFG the drivers left foot is sticking trough the wheelarch. It seems like the driver has grown bigger

It must be one of the most forgotten and unappreciated cars in LFS.
oh and btw: the best combo in LFS by far is LX4 at aston club reverse. Just try it and you´ll love it
