I've seen my fair share of "TopGear" layouts that are NOTHING like the real track. This one has neither a description nor a picture. I am not going to spend the time downloading and installing this.
EDIT: Perhaps I am being a bit harsh, but I am making the point so you can learn for the future
Also, it's worth it to mention that in rallysport, generally there is more than just the driver in the car. Usually there's a co-pilot or navigator, and maybe if you're filming a TV show, a cameraman in the back :P
Awful music, terrible mixing, the only thing that's halfway decent is the drifting. I certainly hope this video isn't a harbinger of what's to come in the final product
I still have no idea how you managed to get the music 15 decibels louder than most Youtube videos
I never said anything about this. I'm well aware that there has been no new content, so why are we trying to push pirates as far away as possible when they could be potentially spending money on LFS? Very seldom do I see someone post a link to the shop page, and when it does happen, it's in the form of a ridiculously snarky response. I can't speak on behalf of most people, but if I were brand new in a community and someone was replying to my posts like that, I'd want to pirate even MORE just to spite the community.
Every time I come on the forums, I see S2 licensed racers attempting to trap demo racers into saying they've got S2 content. Even when the question is something as innocuous as "How do I use layouts?". It's incredibly easy for a new LFS user to not know the ins and outs of the program. I can remember very clearly that when I first found LFS, I too did not know that demo users could not access layouts or the Autocross track.
What is the point to doing this? I am not advocating the illegal cracking of LFS, but what is the pleasure of doing this to people? Please enlighten me. To see LFS' userbase degenerate into this is absolutely sickening.
Nope! 0.08 miles. It's an indoor go-karting place that's currently confined to one warehouse. And they're Electra Motorsports electric motor. At a full charge, on the pro speed that we offer, they'll hit 45mph.
EDIT: Re-posting the video I posted earlier in the thread. This isn't a video of the karts we use for customers; this is a gasoline-powered World Formula kart. During the event we hosted, they hit 60mph on the straight-away and practically drifted all the way through the first turn.
Well if you choose not to give him the benefit of the doubt, that's your problem and has nothing to do with the topic at hand. Just saying, if you're going to take ENTIRELY HYPOTHETICAL potshots at each other, you're better off heading to 4chan where those types of awful debate skills are common.
Not sure, but setupgrid.net only goes up to 0.5Z in terms of patches. Maybe the mod is checking version types and is coming back with 0 setups because there are no setups for 0.6E?
