Normal, Long and Short tracks is something I'd like to see in the future of LFS. I'm not into RALLY or Oval tracks, even karting. I'd like to see a decent track, something new.

So my mom has just asked me yesterday what I'd like for Christmas and at this point I'm unsure, I've gotten some pretty kicking gifts for birthdays and Christmas in the pass, but this year I'm not to sure what I want. I've narrowed it down to One of two things. 1.) Logitech G25, or 2.) An awesome GFX Card. Right now I got the Logitech MoMo racing wheel and it's gathered some miles and seems like it's not working as well as it did when I bought almost 1 1/2 years ago. So I've taken my wish list to the forums and I'm going to let my fellow community people help me out with this. I'm using the Nvidia GEForce 7300le card with 256mb, I think. So If I get a new GFX Card then I'm gonna have to update my ram, I onlu got 512mb of DDR2 yeah I know I should get some more but my PC runs smooth with 512mb.

After reading about 18- pages of comments I'd like to say i'm not to sure if i'll overwrite my existing LFS patch. I want to ask the DEVS one question. If the new single seater was never added in this patch, what would've been added, and would this patch been released around the same time of this patch Y? I know the community is excited over this new Patch Release and the new content, it's been a while since we seen an update and considering it'll be around Christmas time when it's released makes it alot better. Well once again thanks for the time and hard work DEV'S I'll be looking for the release, but I'm still keeping patchX, I'll just down load the new patch on my second hard drive.

I'm downloading the video now... I'm not to thrilled about another single seater, open wheeled car, but It's new and I'm sure it'll be awesome. Thanks for the new improvements and looking forward to the new patch.... Thanks DEVS

It's a bug, but only from older setups and then only when the server creates the rule of no passengers allowed does it show up. Hopefully this works for you =)

As for XRT races the CTRA Race 2 server bounces between the GTR's and the TBO classes so you should be able to find some great racing in there for the XRT. If not you can always try out the GT2 classes of cars, they are tons of fun too =)

Yeah I'm aware of this but I've grown out of drifting and most demo racers are crashers and if you find a decent race room you'll eventually run into a crasher.

Yeah but I'd like to find an xrt server. I'll try out the ctra server using a different setup and see if that works.

CTRA Race1 is good for the XRG, but there aren't many good servers for the XRT. You could try CTRA race 2, but that has become bad since they introduced the handicapped GTR cars.

Well I'd like to find a server that has the XRT, I cant see why there are no servers open for race using the XRT. When I try a CTRA Race server it says not allowed passengers when I try to join and I have no passengers in my car, they told me I have to make a new set but I didnt understand it much.

Ever since I've become licensed I've never let the XRT go, it's my all time favorite car in LFS and I drive it all the time and I can never find a server using the XR-GT other then demo servers and they have crashers and it's never fun. Where are the servers dedicated to the XRT? If there's any out there please let me know, also if there's a league please fill free in to letting me know where I can join.

Dude I had to re format my Hard Drive about 6 weeks ago and guess what I had to do? RE DOWN LOAD LFS, I backed up as much as I could, transferring from one hard drive to the other. Yeah so what if I lost all my pictures and music, I just took the time to get all the music back and now I save it to my second Hard Drive, along with pictures and some programs that are out of date and you can hardly find anymore, so there for if my PUTER decides to take a SHAT on me next week I'm good, Life goes on

I think the main reason why is because most of the people are demo users and they cant use any S2 content to make lights for other cars. I've been trying to learn how to make the lights work so I can start making my own but I'm clueless when it comes to that.

I've tried for about 2-3 hours using the help provided and I just cant get it to work out I'm sure with more pratice I'll get it done. I'm still looking for an easier approach, I should retake the picture and this time make sure no hair is in the way...

Well I've been taking Pictures of friends using my D40 and new lense and this one Pictures I absolutely love is giving me problems and I'm not sure if I can fix it up, but I've been using ADOBE PHOTO SHOP CS2 and I'm not that skilled to do what I need done. The person doesn't want her face posted on the net so I cant post the whole picture. My problem's are, the little strands of hair on the fore head and I've got the slightest clue on how this can be done, but I'd like them removed. I'll post a picture of the area that is bugging me and I cant find out how to fix the area. If you can help me out I'd appreciate it alot...

P.S. LMK if I can fix it or even HOW to fix it.

Agreed.... I'm loving my massive Super Wide 32'' magnavox... I've seen an improvment in my racing as well... I tried the s-video cable and i can say it sucked.. So i bought vga and it's amazing... I'll eventually get DVI but I'm happy with 32''.....

P.S. For those curious how to take a picture like that, just get near a window or bright light, and put up some posterboard up against a wall or whatever so you get a quarter pipe. (I didn't notice the first time around, but putting shiny side up gives a nice reflection too).

P.P.S. This would also be a good place to expel some photograph tips and tricks for those seeking them.

Same Camera as me, but I've yet got everything I want. I'll be getting the Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 G ED-IF AF-S VR Lens and the Nikon SB-800 Speedlight i-TTL Flash, considering the two are close to a $900 I'm not able to get them right away. I figure I'll get the flash first because the Nikon DX AF-S NIKKOR 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6GII ED is a decent lens for right and the 70-300mm VR lens is $499 so I'll wait until after Christmas to buy that. I'm experiencing the headache of the cost for Nikon lenses and filters, I think the flash is affordable and it comes in handy for them dark and continuous shots that require a light source. I've had to reset my camera like 3 times because the settings get all messed up and I forget to switch to P,S,A,M,

One thing I never understood about FM2 is how in the heck do they get them sweet skins, like the gears of war skin or even the ScarFace skin. I was told the developers are making them and selling them on auction. Any clue??

Well I'm thinking about switching to sabayon,but I'm using a receiver thats plugged into my usb if that help. I should save the problems and go with a wired router HUH?? Make it simple for myself. It's connected to the modem and has 4 ports for kat5 cable so if i get kat5 cable and run it to my computer it should be the same as a wired router correct??

Well I can understand why you must purchase XBox Live because Microsoft has the best OnLine game play ever, the way it's setup is Awesome and I think no other console will ever have that ability. PS2 online game play blows, the way you enter games and it's platform just sucks donkey b*lls, but this is my opinion and I'm happy with paying for XBox Live. Pay for a full year, $54usd

I dont think this will help due to people's driving skills and techniques, If they want to learn the ART of drifting then they should start out with a vicious LSD and practice on the Car Park tracks. This will help with response and knowing how to correct the car when it's needed. I dont think you can tell someone in steps on how to drift, this is the way you like it, this does not mean the next person will like it. They have to find what they like and stick to it.
