Think back when you first played LFS and compare it to the present LFS, Are you happy with the way LFS in leaning towards?? Has your needs of a Racing Simulation been meet?

+1 For the Ideal. I'd like to see over reving cause a blown Motor, and flags to indicate like the Yellow Flag for for X amount of laps until debrie has been cleaned up...I want to see fenders, hoods, spoilers and more fly off the car when your involved in an accident and have effect on the cars handling...Hopefully we can expect something different in the later version of LFS

Ok well I've been making a wheel from Bspoke and I'm not sure how to save it so I can get it in the game, but I tried to Export it to lfs and it said Cannot Validate LFS licences, I have an s2 licences so I'm not sure why it's saying that, and is bspoke compatible with patch X?

If some one can tell me how to save the wheel so I can use it in the game I'd be happy, also How would I get the other wheels off the game?? Because I'll go to File/New and there is only GTi, GT and GT Turbo. If I can get some help I'd apperciate it alot.

Ok so like I said my server was on the master server and I closed it because the car thing right, well now I cant get it back up and running, it says online but I'll check it from my other PC and the server name dosent come up on the Master server...

Ok so I got the server up and running but for some reason there is the XFG and XRT, in my setup file i have the cars allowed XRT. but in game play you can get the XFG as well. Whats the deal??

Another thing i did notice was that in your setup it has

/maxguests=4
/carsmax=5

which would mean you have more grid spots available then people that can actually join - not that this would stop server working , just happened to notice it - because is a dedi host, u may as well set

/carshost=0 and then set maxguests and carsmax to an equal value

Well I'm trying to share my video on you tube and such but the max file size is 100mb and my video is 209mb, I tried to download a program off the net and I got a virus, BackDoor Trojan, but it's solved so thats good For some reason when I download DivX it says my trial has expired so I'm not sure what else I can do. I want to make it 100mb so much help is needed.

Well they both have internet connections, the one down stairs is used by a router coming from the upstairs PC, So are you saying I have to start a Local Network??

Well I have 2 Computers, The one is upstairs and the other is in my bedroom, they are both desktop PC's and the second one is connected to the internet with a wireless setup. I want to share files so when I'm on the PC upstairs I can get into my PC down stairs vice versa and dont have to worry about flash drives and what not. If you can help me out please do, it gets boring walking down and walking up the stairs 20 times in an hour

Well I'm trying it again but with different configurations and hopefully I get better results, And Wien I'm making a video of game play, thats what I'm talking about.

3 minutes 55 seconds, and yes thats what I said when I saw the file size Well I want to shrink it so I'm able to share it, how ever you do that.

I'm bummed out now that I found out it's almost 6GB and I cant find a way to compress the POOP out of it

So I started the Render at 7:00am (EST) and the movie is 3:55 long, and me processor is taking a beating so I figured I'd let you know how long it takes


Finished at 7:22am (EST) now it's 5.71GB I need to find a compressor to shrink it....

So this is what happened when I right clicked the video and go to properties. I also have this problem when I preview the Render in Player, I'm not sure if the setting on the 2nd pic are good because after it's done rendering I'll view it and it's all huge, it dosent fit the screen So I need some help- Thanks

Ok well I need to find the Velocity Modificator in Vegas Studio 8 and I'm not to sure where it's at and need to find it so I can get my video to look right.

Ok so that has solved one problem, now that I understand how to save the file I think I've reached a new problem how ever it can be my lack of skill though.

So I run the LFS.exe that came in the dedicated host folder and this is what happens. The first pic is after starting up the dedicated host, the second pic is what happens next. This is where I think I'm stuck, I went on my other Computer to find the server and it's not there. I also posted my setup.cfg it's just a test so nothing is going to stay the same.
