A mascot for many weeks, died today. kinkku or "ham" to his friends, was dearly loved by all here at Team Vires and will be soarly missed by the entire team. Despite our ups and down with Kinkku we will all remember him for his amazing sense of humour, heroic bravery and love of gooby comics. Rest in peace dear friend, we don't know how we will fare as a team without you.

I would play 4, 4, 2 with that side - as to me we have one of the strongest defences in the tournament with those players.
Use anybody other than Hart in goal in the form he has been in this season for Manchester City and you deserve to get the hell out. In defence I would have Cahill, Terry, Cole (Yes I am a Chelsea Fan!) and Lescott. For midfield I would play Gerrard, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Parker and Young and up front you can't have anybody other than Wayne "Shrek" Rooney and Welbeck just because the way those two play together when they are on the pitch is amazing and I have to credit Manchester United on that this year, although I'm not sure how much of that was down to Giggs or Nani in midfield putting the balls through to them.

In theory England should do okay in the Euro's because everyone has written them off already. Usual norm is to make astronomical expectations and believe they will come true - which they never do so we all get irate and sack the coach. I think Hodgeson is actually pretty good and we should give him a chance, he has a fit squad and we have beaten Norway and Spain (albeit an incomplete one) in our last two games. Having also seen recent results ( Switzerland 5 - Germany 3 being one) there doesn't seem to be a logical pecking order so I am actually looking forward to the open competition in the Euro's, although we can expect Portugal, Span, Germany and France to be heavy-weights again.

Depends on the championship. And when it is stated in the rules it is allowed then I don't expect to be penalised for it.

Alonso or Hamilton are my favourites but one of the Lotus' or a Williams could be a dark horse. If it's wet that would be awesome.

I honestly didn't think that we would get that far into the game and go onto win it. When the first goal went in I rolled my eyes and relaxed, and then Drogba scored. The man is amazing, totally committed and should definately stay at Chelsea for another year. As much as I love Chelsea - they would be a fool to not give Di Matteo the job full time next season. He has got everyone working around him well and got everyone motivated and inspired. But then its up to Rambo Jambo at the top.
Congrats to all the players - throughout the tournament they have played amazing, and touche to Bayern for being the more attacking and better team most of the match.

Successful year and a half for Team Vires

Team Vires capped their successful run in this season's GT3 Touring Car Cup by Revolutionary Racing scoring their 4th podium from 6 rounds and taking 6 poles from 12 opportunity - scoring the most poles of the season from the highly competitive championship - and finishing 3rd overall from Genuine Racing and spdoRacing. In the final round, despite 6 hours of hard racing, the top 3 were separated by a mere 5.68 seconds and the front two crossed the line with 0.05 separating the two! The final round was a testament to the fierce competition showed throughout the competition and gives the Vires boys confidence ahead of the GT2 World Series season and future GT championships. With the 05 car finishing in 3rd only a handful of points behind despite a DNF at midway through the series, car 16 finished inside the top 5 after a consistently impressive run from the developing team and car 21 scoring a couple of top 10 finish's towards the end of the season including Tamas Csaki's podium finish in round 5. Congratulations to Genuine Racing for the championship victory and spdoRacing for some intense fights throughout the season.
In other news James Peace has taken the initial lead of the standings in the Original Live For Speed League from Tortoise to Hare taking 2nd in the Sprint race and winning the main race by over 5 seconds. Also a mixed GT2 World Series round at Blackwood Reversed saw Matias Pikkarainen make his debut for the team, driving a solid stint from 4th to 3rd in his first hour before James Peace took over and was running inside the top 6 before a time out and flip ended his race (damn it James). In the Am class Przemek Wdowiarz and Beniamin Kalicki made great progress to be leading the Am class right up until the very last corner when a flatspot caused their car to leave the track and threw away victory - therefore crossing the line 2nd in class. Both teams head to round 2 with renewed motivation and a desire to gain podiums in both classes. Also, late news but Team Vires finished 11th overall in GT3 Super GT Series despite joining late in the season and having a series of disappointing rounds, but this taste of top level competition has given us all motivation and enabled us to focus on more top level competition in the future. Thanks to all racers and organizers!

I stopped at half way because for some reason I thought a SC was imminent I still had fuel for 7 more laps but meh.. Congratulations to Joe and CoRe I wish I had driven more throughout the season now

A good race has yet again had a negative spin on it by you, I don't understand why you just can't have fun and say it was a good race.
Thanks to the organisers I'm sure you learnt a lot from this season and the next one can be even better! Congratulations to Genuine Racing and spdoRacing we had some great racing with you all season long!
