Nice and clean looking desk you have there. Just my opinion, but you have the monitor WAY too far away for racing. Don't know how you can stand that. My monitor is set right behind my wheel and the keyboard is on the keyboard shelf underneath the main desk surface. My monitor screen surface I use to simulate where the windshield would be while between the wheel and screen would be the dash area.
so youre gone need Eyeglasses soon. :nerd: I cant do that, im getting allmost blind after some minutes. Got a 21" and things are big enough even when im half a meter away from it.
Hehe, I already have glasses . For me it's not the size of the display, but organizing the computer equipment to simulate the view and feeling of actually driving a car. Ie, my front windshield in my car isn't 4 feet away. I display LFS so that my gauges are just readable, as in 60%-50% FOV. Between my steering wheel and monitor is my dash area as I said. I don't know how folks can even race with the default FOV. It looks so horrible. As does having the wheel and driver visable.
I'm not quite sure I follow. I have my monitor setup such that the top of my wheel is right below the projected wheel, almost spot on but I still see the gagues. Anyway...

Shame that even with that CPU your graphics card is still bottlenecking!
