First thing, how do you connect to the internet? Do you have a modem plugged into your computer which goes straight into the phone line, or do you have a router?
All you need to do is find out what the timezone your league/whatever is using, and then how many hours you need to add/subtract to get that to your local time

Interesting. You can see the TV (etc.) satellites, but you need to use a fairly decent telescope, know where to look and be fairly lucky with the angle of the sun to see them. There are some photos here
