That's old news! And as far as gas mileage goes. I drive a car that has two Webber DCOE 45s and is set up with performance in mind which means that it lugs under 3000 rpms and thus always needs to be driven above that. How much importance do you think I give to gas mileage?
Only God knows why I am stepping into this but what exactly is so wrong with a 2 stroke motorcycle? The majority of motorcycle racers begin their career on such a bike, they teach you a lot about riding. Being so lightweight, they can easily outrun any "proper" bike in the twisty sections not to mention that they are a blast to drive. Besides, last time I checked, one of the most brutal road-going motorcycle is a two-stroker.
FYI, I own a Westfield SEiW and an Aprilia RS125. Just so you know what to insult regarding my choice of vehicles
Mind you I quite liked the skins and the logo If I'm correct, I was the cause for the team's early end by leaving which in return made others leave and thus too few remained to maintain a team
The front looks like it was taken from a VW and the rear looks like it was taken off a BMW E60, to be more particular I am referring to the front and rear lights. Further reading the topic and discovering that it is Chinese, can't say it surprises me that the design is way too similar to other models. And that's the car's problem, it is not unique in any way. It's just a mix of VW, BMW and Volvo (interior wise).
It really baffles me how people pick the same overused choices and after the game is released, complain that it is "yet another racing game" like any other. I personally am sick of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Porches and BMWs. I want to see how an electric Tesla fares against Westfields, Morgans, Marcos and all those other wonderful, exotic cars that have never really made an appearance in any game. I am sick of the Nurburgring, Laguna Seca and any other famous racetrack that comes to mind. I want to see some tracks which I have never heard of that are fresh and amazing. And if you're not going to stick only to racing tracks, I would also like to see some beautiful, fantasy roads. To give you an example, I remember of a mountain road course, not sure what name, in Gran Turismo 4 where you'd enter a tunnel and after it would come this amazing straight with a forest enveloping it from each side, followed by some twisty sections while still surrounded by the forest which would reflect so calmly and beautifully on the car. Note that I'm not referring to those 8 meters wide highways which most games seem to portray, I am referring to the real thing.
Honestly, I think this is a case where the people do not even know what they want. Actually, if you think about it, there is no great thing, invention, song, game, etc. that came into being because people wanted it. They all started with a man that had a vision, a man who refused to fall pray to the mundane and mediocrity, a man who said "I WILL BE DIFFERENT! I WILL DO SOMETHING UNIQUE AND SPECIAL!".
So here I am asking you to do something different. Something unique, something special, something which we will enjoy. I am sure the people that have chosen those stereotypical options will thank you for it in the end.
I am a bit confused about the Escalade in the Hot Hatches section
Had a look over the Top 5 in every category. Must say I am quite disappointed. Despite being offered some very interesting choices, people have still chosen the same, overused content you get in other games
I can live with brushing the snow off the air filter but what really gets me is the small bits that freeze and get stuck to it. There's no wining with them. You either try and take them off at the risk of removing them with bits of air filter stuck to them or you leave them on and get that paranoid feeling that humidity will harm your engine. The only option I can think of is to take a hair dryer and use it to melt the ice but I'm not that desperate.....yet
And I will post a vid showcasing the engine. It just has to be warmer outside because right now I can't be bothered to lift the bonnet by myself. It's a bit of a handful to manoeuvre it around that air filter
So basically, there was a heatwave about a week ago which made me think I could pull away the car's cover So I did that, hoping to take her out for a spin during the weekend. Guess what?!? The following day, I looked outside the window and it was heavily snowing. Found her under a ton of snow. Here's a pic I took after I mopped the snow off her:
The snow persists up to this day, that's over a week!!! What makes it more annoying is that I am in my break between terms now, which means I have lots of spare time
The engine was warm because I had it running for quite a few minutes before making the vids. I still had to give her three short bursts, otherwise she tends to idle at less then optimal rpm. The cold start though needed a bit of throttle pumping. Mind telling me what you refer to as throttle pumping? Just want to make sure if we're talking about the same thing.
And I think I'll post a vid tomorrow with the hood off
If you don't count the school car on which I learned, it pretty much is my first car
I'd say it's around the 400hp/t mark. If you shed 20-50 kg and up the power to 250, then 500hp/t is achievable. And yes, it is RWD. Have you ever seen a type 7 car that is FWD? Then again, there are a few which are AWD.
I am 17 years old which is extremely weird here since 99% of people here get their license at 18. I got mine at 16.
I got my first car and what a car it is if I can say so myself A Westfield SEI widebody (I'll make a separate thread for it going into details there since it's got quite a story to it), an Iphone 4 and three days at Disneyland Paris.
Now that brings one good question to mind. How did we get from being one of the closest, friendliest communities to the spam-troll-flame-fest situation we find ourselves in today?
LX4 (or 6 if you're feeling brave) on FE6. The only possible problem would probably be the fact that is its true short. Other then that, it's a very interesting and fun combo.
